This is going to be an on going story about how big business may be sniffing your Internet packets without a search warrant in violation of the 4th amendment. Their justification is that they claim to be protecting copyrights. The reason I am unsure about the packet sniffing is that you are not told who your accuser is nor do you have access to their supposed evidence. To get this info you have to open a can of worms that allows them with all of their resources to more easily take legal action against you, who most likely can not even afford an attorney. This whole thing reeks of a Star Chamber.
These people with money have had regulations written by the FCC that was never meant to write laws, that strong arms your ISP (Mediacom in this case) into shutting down your account for supposed copyright violations with no due process, again in violation of the Constitution. There are also laws written by congress (the real congress not the super congress) dealing with copyright infringement. But I think most of us know that the congress is owned bought and paid for by powerful special interests.
To top it all off, the bottom line is that they want you to do this as there is an easy solution but they run from the solution, because the intent is to stifle free speech on the Internet. They want to strike terror in your heart every time that you download anything.
Every aspect of this story does not pass the smell test. It’s complete lawlessness. Does that surprise you in a nation ruled by an illegal alien from Kenya?

One thing that I have learned is that there really is no proof as to wrongdoing and that it is machine generated. Someone (I do not even have the right to know who my accuser is) all they go on I understand is the file name. For instance I could have a home movie called “Star Wars” and based solely on the file name I could get flagged for copyright violation when in actuality the movie is one that I made and own. The only way to verify if this is their material is to look in the packets (without a warrant) and do what is known as a CRC check and I am fairly certain that they are not doing this. So in effect they have NO proof of a copyright infringement but they get your Internet shut down and can even get criminal convictions with no proof! It’s amazing what money can buy these criminal thugs! They don’t even need proof and they don’t have to give you any due process as guaranteed under the Constitution. It’s a case of guilty until found guilty because they have lots of money.
This is a criminal gang, that has bought off our congress and has laws written for their special interests. In fact there is not even a law. It is my understanding that it is an alphabet soup agency such as the FCC that wrote the implementation of this “law” not congress as specified in the Constitution. Yes the more you dig the more it stinks.
What really aggravates me is the fact that by default everything is copy written. So saying that someone downloaded copy written material is really a misnomer. What should be said is that they DL’ed material the the copyright owner wanted to be compensated for and was not. And how are you to determine this when you click on a file and DL it? How are you to read the copyright owners mind? This file and this file are both copy written. The first file I happen to know the owner allows anyone to copy and distribute his work. The second I believe that is the case but am not sure. He has not made YouTube take it down at least. How about this movie at HuLu? There is a FBI copyright notice. So by watching it are you DL’ing and breaking copyright law? DL this one however and you will get a notice from your ISP that you have DL’ed copywritten material and they may terminate your service. And you may even be criminally prosecuted. How is one to know? You don’t and they want to keep it that way! It looks to me that this is being used to chill free speech on the Internet.
A solution to the problem would take maybe 8 hours of any competent programmers time. All that needs done is to write a Firefox plugin that when you start to DL a file that it would check against various databases to see if someone claims to have a copy right and also wants compensation, on that particular file. That would be too easy and put the companies that are paid by copyright holders out of business over night. It’s similar to expecting the cure for cancer from the American cancer society. It will never happen as that would put them out of business also. ( I realize the pitfalls and false positives of this method but it happens the be the way the copyright violations are machine generated and your Internet is shut down. I don’t think the founders thought that machine generated accusations met the standard of due process. )
The last slap in the face is that you can not find out who your accuser is or see their so called “proof” without filling paperwork that allows the ISP to identify you and thus open you to prosecution (and they will convict you I am told) with very sketchy evidence to say the least. Usually all they have for “proof” of a torrent download is an IP address and a file name. Not proof of anything at all…. But then again those with lots of money can purchase your being found guilty. Our legal system and legislature are for sale to the highest bidder.
There are several other scenarios where you can receive a false accusation of copyright infringement. One would be when an unauthorized person is using your network and another would be copyrighted material under the fair use law. In short this whole topic exposes the fact that governments have enough invested money that they do not have to collect taxes off of the citizens to pay the bills. They hide this fact by keeping a double set of books. Yes I know it sounds too far fetched to be true but so are many things that governments do. (This may not currently be true as most have lost much of this money due to poor investments in banker scams such as derivatives.)

Christians need to be responsible for their actions, yet they are not at all. As a group they are among the most irresponsible group on the planet. Let me explain: My fellow Christians are very duped and confused. They still think that we have a Caesar and that we should do whatever this Caesar fellow tells us to do. Well I will give them that Obama thinks he is Caesar, but that's all I give them. He is not my Caesar nor my God.
Christians are 2,000 years behind the times - as this is a Constitutional Republic that is founded upon the belief that we are Caesar, that we are the government. (See Locke, Paine, and Jefferson.) Yet Christians still recite their Romans 13 (also here) mantra in a catatonic manner, as their eyes roll back in their heads. They watch the world go by as if we have a king, with divine rights, or a Caesar, as if they have not a thing to do with the sorry state of affairs in this country.

Well I hate to burst their bubble, but this government is a direct result of their actions, or their inaction's. And they are responsible for it's actions.

Christians have created the government we have through their vote, and more importantly - through their silence. They have created this government - arguably one of the most vile, enslaving, and evil institutions to walk the face of the earth, and then like immature children they refuse to take the responsibility of controlling the monster they have created by falling back on their mantra that "It is of God". They let this monster that they create and support - steal, rape, and plunder their fellow man and then acting like their reviled, Pontius Pilate - wash their hands of it.

The land is filled with moronic pastors, many on the FEMA payroll, that tell them not to get involved in politics, to love Caesar, and their servitude, and the Christian sheeple almost to the man listen and heed this evil, ill advised advice. George Orwell would be proud.
This is exactly the state of affairs, (Idiot pastors and gullible Christians) that allowed Adolph Hitler to steer the German Republic into evil. Christians had better take heed and learn some history as they are going down the same path here in the US.

The situation of Christians creating this dangerous creature called government, and then refusing like immature children to police the monster they have created by doing things as simple as going to city council meetings, is similar to to parent that would hire a child molesting, pedophile, baby sitter to baby sit their children instead of doing due the diligence that would prevent this disaster. But that is OK, all they have to do is catatonicly chant the Romans 13 mantra and they are absolved of all responsitbilty for their actions.

The lefts Orwellian view of Capitalism

One of the lefts methodologies is an Orwellian attempt to redefine words.

Check this out: Wikipedia is trying to redefine a word for which there is a definition:

"Capitalism is an economic system that became dominant in the Western world following the demise of feudalism.[1] There is no consensus on the precise definition nor on how the term should be used as a historical category...."

If the central thesis of an argument is to redefine words I just don't know how to respond to such a mentally defective belief system. The left is George Orwell's 1984 is at work: redefine words so that people can no longer reason and think.

Fascism, and mercantilism, and socialism, communism, and criminal describe our economic system much better than capitalism. That is reality. Calling a dog a cat does not make it so. The left can not get over the fact that what we have is not capitalism. Not even close. The word "free market" economic is synonymous with the word capitalism. When is the left going to redefine that word also?

I really think that the left is beyond hope, they do not want to see what is going on because it would shatter their paradigm. Their irrational thought is ingrained into them, so deep that you can not get it out. This irrational thought IS the religion of the left. They will not let it go even with proof, logic, and facts, it is a matter of faith to the left. Government is the God of the left. That is how they try to impose their will on everyone.

My experience is that when arguing against leftist dogma. Is that they confuse attacking a philosophy with a personal attack and thus avoid discussing anything. That reaction seems to be part of the leftist mental disorder. Some things are worth my effort some things are not. I am finding trying to reason with lefist dogma is about as productive as pissing on my own leg.

What really matters is that one understands that what we have is not free market capitalism. (We probably have never had that ever but we were a lot closer 150 years ago and the word did apply more or less.) The second thing that really matters is that nothing is going to work, no amount of legislation aimed at whoever one thinks is the bad guy, when the government we have does not work, is corrupt and criminal to the core, and is run by a bunch of criminals. The government can not fix itself. We need to fix it and maybe take it down and created a new one from scratch.

The left says the bankers control our government, so they want the same owned/corrupt government to write laws to rectify the situation? (Remember that government is the lefts God.)

Have you ever read Boston T. Parties "Hologram of Liberty"? His thesis (and also that of Lysander Spooner) is that from the beginning the Constitution was created with enough loopholes to allow the federal government to become the monster that it has become. It was all done by design probably by agents of the banks such as Hamilton that was in on the Constitutional convention. He makes a very good case for this being so.

So far I have only used the word leftist for this article there is a much more accurate term however for these people that hold these irrational, dangerous views. I think the term "Leftist Christians" is a much more accurate description as 80% of the American population identify with the Christian label and a huge percentage of Christians thanks to the negligent clergy also hold these leftists views. And the conundrum is that socialism is the antithesis of Christianity. Reality is stranger than fiction and most of your Christian brothers and sisters are very much your enemy.

Lying Cops

I just had a local cop harass me over providing my name while on my homes front porch and not being under investigation in the commission of a crime in any way shape or form.

I was being nice and generous when this so called public servant asked me my name and I told him my first name. When he requested a last name I asked him if there was a Missouri law that required that I give him that information and that if there was would he please provide me with the the statue and then I would be more than happy to comply with the law.

Instead he tried to intimidate me.(Which to me meant he was a liar.) Asking me if I was wanted. To which I responded to "are you wanted?". Then he tried the "if you have nothing to hide you should tell me" to which I asked him if he had nothing to hide would be OK if I went through his wife's underwear drawer illustrating that my stance was based on something probably foreign to him called privacy.
(And what ever happened to the 4th and 5th amendment? Are they null and void in MO?)

He keep threatening that there was such a law in Missouri, even thought he would not, or could not recite it.
I told him, I hoped that, he being a public servant and my employee, would not lie to me and relented and gave him my last name. (Which shames me greatly that I caved in...)

Anyhow if I lied to a cop I could be put in jail for a long time. I strongly believe that this cop (probably a Christian) lied to and manipulated me. And the sad part is that he will not go to jail like I would for a lie. (Note: Even if there is such a law I find it in conflict with natural law and thus null and void.)

This officer later gave away to someone else that they know who I am (the confrontation was only about power as it usually is.) and that the police department in conjunction with the Feds and their drug money suspect that I grow marijuana because the plant lights are on garden plants till 1 am. I don't know about you, but I think we should pay more taxes to hire more of these public servants so that they can keep an eye on us tomato growers and write tickets for more brake lights being out rather that doing what they are supposed to be doing. (Protecting our God given Inalienable rights.)

He also made a veiled threat as he walked off: "I know where to find you." Which was obvious -- and I could not construe as anything other than a threat from an out of control public servant that thought that I was the servant.

I finally got an answer about the law from this cops supervisor. And the reply indicates to me that not only is this officer a liar and lacking in character, his boss lies and is lacking in character also. Why do we hire these kinds of people for these positions? It seem to be this way in every town across Amerika. Why do we live with people of such low character lording over us?

Does this person really believe his own hyperbole?
He contradicts himself in his own reply...
Here is a snippet of the response that I indirectly got:

"Mr. XXXX was a witness to an event of yelling and screaming that was called in to the police by a resident of the same apartment building in which he lives. He was approached, not as a suspect, but rather as a witness to what happened."

He states once that I was not the suspect in a crime.

"Officer Wright noted in his report that he "did not have reasonable suspicion that [Mr. Tittiger] was involved" in the original altercation, so he did not press the matter further."

He states the second time that I was not the suspect in a crime.

"As to the accusation that Officer XXXX "lied" to Mr. XXXX, he did not, in fact, do so. Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 84, Section 84.710 states, "[Police officers] shall also have the power to stop any person abroad whenever there is reasonable ground to suspect that he is committing, has committed or is about to commit a crime and demand of him his name, address, business abroad, and whither he is going."

Then he quotes a law that requires me to be suspected of a crime to substantiate his officers actions!

The fact still remains that this officer threatened to arrest me using a law that he could not quote and which after all did not apply to this situation. Shouldn't police know the law? And if they do not, should they go around badgering citizens with the intent of violating their rights by making up laws as they go?

This incident has made me look into starting local online newspapers in conjunction with other people:

Our government is not of God anymore, has not been for a long time. Not all Christians steal from others, that’s like saying all farmers own a John Deere. I think Christians as well as the rest of America needs to be more vocal about the crimes being waged by our government on small farms. We also need to capture the news media somehow, it fails to be news anymore it is censured watered down liberal crap that has too much political bias. We need to do all we can, call the new stations, call radio stations, make sure that everyone starts talking about this. Most people both Christians and non-Christians are so brain dead that they think the purpose of government is to be our mommy and protect us. They are thus stuck in the trap of arguing for instance that Raw milk is safe and should be legal, Yadda yadda yadda….
WRONG ARGUMENT!
We need to make the argument that USDA is unconstitutional and that any mandatory organization like it has to violate our inalienable rights by definition. I can decide what I put in my body thank you. Proper legitimate government should be protecting my inalienable right to make that choice, not criminally violating it.

I wish this forum were threaded as I would like to expound about Christians stealing as it is a pet peeve of mine and most Christians are so dumbed down they do not even know when they are stealing. Ponder what you are doing to your neighbor when you borrow money for a house and it is created out of thin air. Think hard and long.
In hindsight perhaps this does relate to the food/milk issue as the same thing is happening when Christians again do not see the shocking immorality of deciding what their neighbor can or can not put into their body.

I think it would be hard not to know when you are stealing, and I don’t know about Christians in your neck of the woods but speaking for myself, being a Christian does not mean we are perfect. In fact the very nature of being a Christian acknowledges the fact that we are not perfect and we do sin. I believe when you become a Christian you try to be a better person because Jesus died for us and did so because of the sin we commit. It is not a faith based on believing our good works get us to heaven but that God’s grace given through Jesus, saves us in spite of ourselves. Christians make mistakes, just like other people because we are just people, not smarter, not better, just people. Where is your condemnation for the people that have stolen that are not Christians? Stealing is wrong no matter if you are a Christian, a Buddhist, an atheist or just a plain ole John Smith that doesn’t know what he believes.
I’m not really sure what being a Christian has to do with the topic of Government control over our food sources, but you are right, Joe, the issue is stopping the FDA and the USDA from the control they shouldn’t have. Big government is never the answer.

My point has absolutely nothing to do with man’s imperfect sinful nature. It has to do with the fact that they don’t even recognize their actions as sinful in the first place. That is a HUGE point and difference IMHO.
Most Christians do evil and do not have the analytical ability to recognize the fact, and that is what is happening with many peoples support of the FDA. i.e. If you can not figure out that stealing from your neighbor to send your kids to school is stealing. Or that delegating the job of stealing to a politician is still stealing. If they can’t recognize these “obvious” immoralities then how can they recognize some of the more subtle ones such as telling your neighbor that he can’t put certain things in his body or that borrowing money from fractional reserve bankers are both immoral acts also?
For those of you that are wondering why borrowing money from a fractional reserve banker is unambiguously immoral, consider that the act of creating money out of nothing is the very definition of inflation. So if your borrowing causes your retired neighbors savings to go from being worth $200,000 to $100,000 over a ten year period, you have taken part in stealing his wealth just as surely as if you robbed him at gun point.
This is undeniable truth yet I have never ever heard a another Christian bring up this point. They do not even realize what they are doing. Thank government schools I guess.

Susan, I condemn stealing or other immoralities no matter who the perpetrator may be. I just hold fellow Christians to a much higher standard. Especially when they willfully and forcefully demand the right to steal and threaten to kill their neighbors with the force of government if they are not allowed to continue stealing.
When you get down to the final analysis that is what Christians in contemporary Ameika do for a living. They go to church on Sunday and then every day of the week they use every tool available to them including governmental threat of death to make sure they can violate every God given right they can of their fellow Christians.
In my opinion they substantiate their evil by their misinterpretation of Romans 13 as meaning that no matter what kind of evil government that THEY create (there is no longer a Caesar) that it is of God and therefore it’s OK.

Wow it sounds like you have a whole lot going on where you are, I can’t answer for anyone else, but what I can answer for are my own actions. When it comes to other people’s sins and mistakes I think it is best to leave it up to God to convict people of what they are doing wrong. I can say that I believe something is wrong but there are many admonitions in the bible about looking at our own sins before pointing out the sins of others. In my own walk I have noticed that God works with each of us as individuals. He may be correcting me on a sin of my own, while working on my husband on a sin of his that is entirely different than mine. Thank God that he loves us enough to do this, but we can get so wrapped up in what He is now showing us that we decide everyone else needs to be straightened out as well. That is not our job. Our job is to be the best Christian we can be, try to lead by example, and when we stumble, ask for forgiveness, get up and try not to trip over the same sin again. How can we show God’s love when we are so angry over the injustices done to us by others real or imaginary? The greatest injustice was done to Christ, yet his words were “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” How can we not forgive our neighbor after so much forgiveness has been shown to us?
I talk about the health benefits of raw milk and organics, I talk about the problems with the FDA and USDA, and most people look at me like I’m a little screwy. I just keep talking, I figure if I talk enough maybe someone will hear a blurb on the TV about Monsanto or run across something online and it will spark their interest enough to learn more about what that goofy girl was talking about. Ask someone if they know what a GMO is, most people will look at you with the deer in the headlight look, they have no clue. We can’t fault them if they don’t know……..we have to just keep talking.

So Susan if I heard you right, and correct me if I am wrong, you think that courts should be abolished and all laws for crimes ranging from burglary to rape should be taken off the books because this is Gods job not mans “to convict people of what they are doing wrong.” And if this is not what you meant I fail to see how I am supposed to differentiate between an individual stealing from me at gun point and someone using the violence of government to steal from me? Is every evil done by government immune from being judged as wrong in your world view?
What about Stalin starving 30 million Christians in the Ukraine? Was that OK because a government did it? I suppose we should not have had the Holocaust war trials because a government gassed the Jews so it was OK and we should have left the judgement up to God.
I am not being flippant I really do not follow or understand your logic at all.

Susan forgiveness does not absolve the perpetrator of evil from justice. Again in addition to forgiveness do you want to get rid of all criminal laws? Even with God’s forgiveness for us he still holds us accountable for what we do. Civilized man has done this through out history.
My point is that just because you call yourself government should not absolve you from justice. Nor should something being “legal” absolve an individual or government from justice, it that act is wrong. Did you know that every act that Hitler committed in Germany, including gassing the Jews, was legal?
In the same way my neighbors stealing from me to educate their children is wrong regardless of it’s being legal. It most certainly is not lawful. Do you understand the difference between legal and lawful?
The FDA arresting people for dealing in milk is wrong regardless of the law says. It may be legal but it is not lawful.

I hope this makes some sense to you. I am not the most articulate person all the time but I am much clearer in writing than verbally.

This may be redundant but I see the act of Christians turning a blind eye to the evil of stealing of their neighbors assets to educate their children as no different than if they turned a blind eye to a child molester loose in the neighborhood. Let me give you a for instance so you can understand what I am trying to say. If someone broke into my house and killed my husband. I would want to see them brought to justice. I would go to the trial and hope that he were found guilty. I would however try my best to someday forgive the person that did that. Not for him, for me, for my own peace. The government has passed a law making abortion legal right? I don’t believe in it. I think it is morally wrong and will do what I have within my power to do (vote, pray, speak out etc…) to try to get that law repealed. If my neighbor is an abortion doctor I would probably have many discussions trying to dissuade him. He would know my opinion, but I will not condemn him for it is God’s place to judge him, not mine. If he needs a loaf of bread I will give it to him.

The command God gave us to forgive others benefits us more than the ones we are to forgive.

May I ask, because I don’t understand what you are talking about when you keep saying that your neighbors are stealing from you to educate their children.

Hi again Susan we have to quite meeting like this, :-)

Let me regress a bit. When this country was founded we had something like a 95% literacy rate (the highest the world has ever known) and it cost money to educate your children if you sent them to a real school. The literacy rate has never again reached this high level.

Around 1850 the industrial revolution was getting started and factories needed workers who would sit in one place all day long and do as they were told. (Exactly the opposite of your average rural person at the time.) So to solve this problem, powerful people such as the Rockefeller family copied the Prussian educational model and brought it to America. The entire purpose of the Prussian educational model was to get people to do as they were told and not to ask questions - it did that very well and it has worked very well to that end in America also. So the powers that be, got mandatory educational laws passed. The main reasoning for them was so that they would have an army of robotic people to staff their factories.

How to pay for these mandatory schools? Well the way it has worked out in America is that they instituted the property tax.

One thing this did was bring about the first plank of the communist manifesto - the abolition of private property. If you have to pay rent on your property and can loose it if you don't pay the rent then there is really no such thing as owning property. Right?

This is where Christians get lost. They attend churches where the pastor tells them that anything government does is OK. Well since when is stealing off if your neighbor to educate your kids OK with God? It sure was not when this country was founded. If this is OK then having the property tax pay for $50,000 college educations of everyone's children would also be OK. Right? What's the difference?

How about taxing everyone's property so that every child also gets a first car and a first home? Are you getting the idea? The end does NOT and never will justify the means. It is not my legal duty to educate your child or buy him food or clothes, or cars or homes. It may be my moral duty to help the less fortunate but that is not what we are talking about here.

I do not know if you have ever heard stories of ATM machines shorting people with the usual ending being that there is no recourse. I have avoided ATM machines like the plague for this very reason. I have had a Walmart electronic checkout try to short me one time but that did not fly as there were too many people around for them not to rectify the situation. I had an ATM in a Walmart short me severely once but when they opened the machine (They had had this happen before.) they found the money jammed in the internal pathways.

Now it seems like they have a new angle of stealing from customers. ( As if the double $30 bounce fees that are calculated with software to create the maximum amount of bounces are not enough.) Now they just create an amount that you did not withdraw and you are not aware until later when they say you withdrew a different amount.

I know for a fact I did not withdraw what they said I withdrew because I was trying to pay my rent without driving into Springfield MO and the machine would not let me withdraw the amount of my rent, so I withdrew less. However tonight checking my bank statement it says I withdrew the amount that I was refused.

I am going to try and find some recourse and I doubt if I find any.

Please let me know if you have heard of this happening before or know of any recourse.

It seems like the pit of vipers is not content with merely counter-fitting money and charging interest on it. Now that they have electronic everything all they have to do is to falsify some numbers and they can steal even more off of you.

The traditions of men - State Marriages

The message at church this Sunday was that we should NOT follow the "Traditions of Men."

Put another way:
"If you dance with the devil you won't change him. He will change you."

During communion this message led to the following thought:

Why did not everyone clamor for a real communion?
After all The State did not sanction it so it could not have been a real and valid communion could it? I mean there is not a record of it in the court house.
You did not make sure with Caesar that it was OK for you to receive communion.
What if it was not OK with Caesar?
Did you receive the proper counseling, pay the proper fees, fill out the proper paper work, are you of the proper age, have the proper criminal record, don't owe any back taxes or child support?..... ad infinitum.

You probably agree with me that the above is crazy and you would not stand for it. Yet almost every Christian that I know will clamor for Caesars approval of their marriage.
Why is that? You do know why Caesar started State marriages in this country don't you?

Another strange thing that Christians do is want approval of their church by Caesar. They want it to be a 501c3.

Christians are a peculiar breed many of them know scripture inside and out but once their nose is out of the good book they have no clue as how to apply what they have read.

For instance: Christians have no problem stealing from their neighbor to run the Marxist local guberment school system. Nor do they have any problem having the bankers counterfeit the money for their home loans and thus stealing it, by way of inflation from their neighbors just as surely as if they had used a gun to rob them. In my lifetime there has never been a war of aggression where we murder people that never have posed a threat to us and most Christians offer weekly prayers for the safety of the murders. (Soldiers) They almost always vote for a political party that promise to steal off of some group to give to another. They ask Caesar for pemission to work, they ask Caesar for permission build their houses, they ask Caesar for permission to marry.

Back to the topic of Christians asking Caesar for their God given rights, none that I know have the slightest moral issue with groveling before Caesar for permission to carry a concealed weapon. I do not claim to know the creators mind but it seems to me to be very disrespectful to the creator of the universe not to acknowledge that this right came from him and to seek permission from man as if they were the ones and not God that granted us this right. The Christians that go to Caesar for this God given right also sell out their brethren that can not afford this permission or choose not to seek it for moral reasons. By seeking Caesars permission they admit that Caesar falsely has jurisdiction in this matter and that is OK to lock their brethern in cages or even kill those that do not go along. Just another example of Pastor Martin Niemöllers poem where Christians do not get involved because they think they do not have a dog in that particular fight. They are of course following the Traditions of Men.

Would Christians act this same way if Caesar demanded a license to own a bible? Would most get the permission slip and stand by as those that did not get permission were arrested, tortured, and killed?   I believe beyond a shadow of doubt that they would.    They have shown their heart and character when I comes to lesser issues, such as concealed carry and they would do it with a bible license also. They think: " I paid the fee. I have no dog in this fight."

Christians are also very strange about the way they treat God's temple, their bodies. Very simply put they do not take care of it. They shove all sorts of poisons into it 24/7 without a second thought. Suicide is a sin of course but death by food seems to be a Christian virtue.

Christians in short are good at reading scripture and piss poor at living it.

Can I point you to the chapter and verse where it says it is wrong to do any of these things? No I can not. Unlike many Christians I rely on the brain and the intelligence that God gave me to figure out what is right and wrong. This may shock you but I think that the blind unquestioning following of scripture is the genesis of most of the evil in this country. When I look at the Christian community in this country I see interpretations of scripture that span the breadth of my imagination. Therefore like I just said I use the brain that God gave me to filter out what I have read. I am not one that if scripture says that the Sun rises in the West that would believe it without further investigation.

Their is a verse in the bible where a vast majority of Christians just accept what they read without using a lick of the intelligence that God gave them to think about or question it, and IMHO the interpretation of this passage as I alluded to is the root of the great evil that pervades this country.

The particular part of scripture is Romans 13. And after a lifetime of talking to other Christians I am certain that even if Caesar had horns and a tail that most would follow him into the pits of hell and dine on the bodies of their children. Look at the Christian nation of Nazi Germany. Most all of them did exactly as they were told. Look at our own troops when it comes to war. Young men will go to any country in the world and murder people that are not a threat to them in the least when told to do so. While back at home the preachers will take time to "pray for the troops".

I am far from perfect. In some cases unless I wish to become incarcerated or killed by Caesar I must follow the Traditions of Men. Not only on the issues that I mentioned, but literally dozens of other issues that most Christians do not even consider.

That is not the choice that the Apostle Paul made. The older I get the more certain I am that this waffling by myself and others is the root of most of the problems that we have in the world today.

If you have been following the alternative health movement you will have read that the federal government has after years of denial finally admitted that fluoride is not good for people. Even Wally-world has it seems curtailed the sale of fluoride enhanced baby water guaranteed to lower your child's IQ significantly with continued use. They tell us that their is now no thimiseral in vaccines and dentists are covertly pushing non-mercury fillings.

You would think that this dental monopoly could not have done any more damage than they have by pushing mercury and fluoride on the unsuspecting public but they have. But they have done much much more damage to the public's health. And I may add the sheeple deserve it in a way by trusting in government to protect them when if they were students of history they would see the fallacy of this blind trust. While they may deserve their comeuppance I certainly did not but yet the sheeple were not satisfied to make these poor choices for themselves they also with the barrel of a gun (Through their support of licensing laws) forced these choices upon me.

The latest incident of victimization from my fellow man and the dental monopoly involves the loss of fillings that the dentist refuse to put back in and since I am not one of the priesthood I can not even get an intelligible answer as to the reason why. What I do know for sure however is that in the very act of drilling that dentists do immense and irreparable damage to your teeth. They do not know that there are ways to re-enamel teeth through diet without drilling. They are so uneducated in fact that they do not even understand the connection between diet and dental health. I will not go into detail in this article as how to accomplish this. I just wanted to make people aware of the great and very real damage that dentists do to people under the auspices of a monopoly that will kill or imprison those that dare to question them and try to do different. Look for an expansion on these thoughts in the future.

These convictions were reinforced by a news article that I read tonight at McDonald's. It was about so called drug raids by the country Sheriffs department. (Do not misconstrue my words as being supportive of drug abuse. But drugs are a medical issue and not a legal one. Actions, not things, should be outlawed.)

Anyhow coming from a guy that purports to support the Constitution these are very strange actions. A guy that does things like this would be open to doing the same thing to people that put other things in their body that Caesar tells him to arrest. Perhaps he would be open to doing the same thing to people who put raw milk in their bodies? His actions indicate to me that he is either not very bright or that to him the end justifies the means and who know where else he may compromise what little integrity that he has. I am of the opinion that he has none.

There are just no excuses for imprisoning, killing, destroying lives, and families of someone that has not done a single thing to harm another human being no matter how detestable you might find their actions. He is in a way implementing a theocracy and enforcing his view of morality even though he is himself a sinner and should likewise be imprisoned for his trespasses if he is to
be intellectually consistent.

Do you believe in the butterfly effect? The law of unintended consequences? I do, very much so.

And I am sure that this sheriffs actions have influenced wives whose husbands were ripped away by him to either abort their child, or to have children that grow up in abject poverty and abuse because of his actions. Even if his actions were not to cause the preceding, I consider his destroying lives, families, and marriages right up there on the scale of evil with abortion. I have not even gotten into the invasion and loss of rights that this war, that he is waging against fellow Christians, inflicts upon every single person in this country. Not to mention the money they steal at gun point to help them wage it from every single person in this county.

As you can tell I am passionate about this. I do not see "his side" or have any excuse for people that act in this manner. It is in my book as bad as if this guy ran an abortion mill. He has no integrity and does not respect the God given rights of his fellow man.

This is not a temporary slip in judgment on his part - this is an integral part of his world view and character. This goes way beyond acceptable human fallibility in my book. In a perfect world he would be tried for his very clear and blatant treasonous actions and suffer the possible consequences.

I would urge caution in dealing with this kind of evil person. Maybe he is the lesser of two evils but he is still evil. Unfortunately good men with integrity are almost an extinct breed. However much he talks the talk he does not walk the walk.

He is responsible for destroying thousand upon thousands of lives.

Misguided Christians: Do you have your church license?

Imagine that next year that Caesar (your owners) or whatever you wish to call the criminal tyrants that pose as legitimate government these days, institute a license for you to attend church and it is going to cost $1,000 a year for this license. Caesar justifies this even though the Constitution explicitly prohibits them from doing so, arguing that some people abuse religion to harm others. Look at Jim Jones, and David Koresh. Look at the religious people that attack and heckle gay people. I mean you don't support Jim Jones, David Koresh or gay haters do you?

Most of the Church people are not concerned about this licensing. After all they are already licensed as 501c3 churches and this slippery slope is not even noticed by any of them. After all does not scripture tell us to give unto Caesar and that government was put there by God?

It turns out that a full 50% of the towns inhabitants can not afford this onerous licensing fee. It does not bother the people that can afford the fee. They do not consider their compliance as legitimizing the actions of Caesar. They do not see that their compliance makes it difficult for those that can't afford the license to buck the system. Those brethren that choose to attend church without the license will just have to pay the consequences for disobeying the authorities, if their lives and the lives of their families are destroyed or even forfeited that is what they deserve for not respecting the Lords representatives on this earth.

There are another 25% of the towns people that do not qualify for the license. They are called "prohibited possessors". They have committed some offense on a long, arbitrary, and growing list that excludes them from buying their right to attend church. Things that preclude people from being church licensed include such things as ever being in an argument with your spouse, (Or just not being able to afford an attorney and having to cop a plea.) as violent people are more likely to abuse religion. If you have ever been committed even against your will you most defiantly can not hold a church license, think how dangerous that would be. If you are on the arbitrary no fly list you also can not have the license. We certainly do not want to promote terroristic christian churches. Lastly what ever new thing of the day that Caesar decides to call a felony can also keep one from holding the license. They don't call them God given/inalienable for nothing. Caesar as Gods representative has every right to take them away.

There are only 25% of the people that can get the church license left. Every year there become fewer and fewer because the fees continue to go up and the "prohibited possessor" list gets more and more inclusive. This 25% never considered it their duty to join with the other 75% and tell Caesar what to do with his licensing. If they had the tyranny would have been stopped.
Eventually everyone lost their so called right to a church license.

And if you have not figured it out yet this is not about church licenses. This is about gun laws. Concealed carry permits in particular. Christians going along with Caesar, taking the God given rights of other Christians, for any reason, under any circumstances, is to my way of thinking an abomination to God. He gives us gifts and his people help Caesar take this rights from their brethren. The record of Christian defense of their God given rights is abysmal at the very best. They have always drawn their line in the sand and have always redrawn it when Caesar crosses it. They are about to be backed over a cliff from this backing down.

The few that do have an immovable line in the sand often say that it is their Religious freedom is the immovable line in the sand. I submit to you that this is the wrong one. You can worship even if Caesar burns your bible, and bulldozes you church. You can only be prevented from worshiping by death. One of the lines in the sand that you should never back down from should be any and every aspect of self defense because without self defense every other right WILL be taken from you.

There is an abundance of dumbed down Christians these days. Help educate them as to the consequences of their actions before it is too late.

The state of Vermont has drafted legislation that nullifies the "Patriot act of food" - the United Nations Codex Alimentarius, a preview of what the New World order has in store for us.

I ask ....What the heck is wrong with the incompetent bums in Jefferson city? Do they think that God given agricultural freedoms are unimportant in a state that has more farms than any other state in the union? Do these guys live on another planet or what? Laws do not give us back our rights!

When it comes to rectifying lost rights,
More laws ARE NOT THE ANSWER!

For one it means that we have to wait sometimes years for justice.
And then we depend on the idiots that created the problem in the first place so solve it.
Does that make any sense?
This approach also infers that government through legislation gives us rights. We are born with all rights! A law can only impinge upon rights so let's reject the idiotic idea of laws to give us back what we already posses. If you buy into the idea that government can give you back a right, then you also buy into the idea that they can take rights away. Are we really that stupid and gullible? Obviously so.

A major flaw in the US Constitution is that it depends on Government branches to regulate the misdeeds of other branches. This is a flawed view of how things really work. I think the real answer is to institute control of government by the people into the Constitution.
I would like to see the institution of citizen grand juries created, that are able to indite ANYONE what violates an Americans Inalienable rights. The right of Jury nullification should also be ensured at the Constitutional level along with making it a crime to selectively pick a jury. (They call it Voir Dire - I call it jury tampering.)

We also need to get rid of many so called civil matters. For instance: In family matters unelected bureaucrats can come and take your child with no due process or trial. We need to insure in stronger language that everyone is entitled to a jury trial in EVERY matter.

In my world view CPS workers that take children with no due process should be indicted by civilian grand juries on treason charges with the possibility upon conviction of execution. In my world view most government officials if they did not change their present behaviour would face a similar fate.

In the near term nullification by your county sheriff and state legislature may be a good way to mitigate the tyranny coming out of the District of Criminals. Make your voices heard. But please do anything other than clamouring for your owners to give you back a right. It's not very dignified to say the least.

Bills comment: I see this a little differently I guess. I see a worker doing her job. She asked and received all the right questions and the case was disposed of. Like the man says it was a friend of his that made the complaint there must have been something in the fathers behaviour that made the complainant think he was some type of nut. The law states that once a complaint is made (any complaint)it must be investigated. In recent past if child protective services had done their job as well as this lady did a child would have been spared years of sexual abuse by kidnappers.

A US defence contractor in eastern Europe, DynCorp - had it's employees caught owning young girls as sex slaves. Guess what DynCorp is up to these days?

They are private contractors that run CPS in many states.

One last observation. I have know 4 women that were taken into state CPS custody in their youth. Every single one of them was raped while in state custody!
Another inexcusable thing that they do is to put an inordinate number of children in their custody on psychotropic drugs. Why does law enforcement in Marshfied MO make itself our enemy?

It used to be that law enforcement in this country was looked up to and respected. Seems like forever does it not? There was also a time when we the people were law enforcement. How is that you ask? Is that not Vigilantism?
LOL ----- Hell no!

Well where do you think law enforcement gets it's powers? Is it not from "We the people" delegating certain powers that WE HAVE to government? Most people have been brain washed in government schools and by the controlled media to think other wise. The truth is that "We the people" are sovereign and that any power that government claims to have, has to first be one that "We the people" have, and secondly it has to be explicitly delegated to government by us for government to posses that power.

Where am I going with this?
I am going to relate a few recent incidents where local Webster County Missouri law enforcement were the criminals instead of being the protectors of my rights as they were created to do. (And also swore an oath to God and the Constitution to uphold.)

You can search an earlier post of mine for more details but the combined police and sheriffs department here a few months back executed an illegal, false felony arrest on me. They pointed a shot gun and an AR15 at my head. (Not to mention other officers with service revolvers.) What would have happened to them if they had shot and killed me? You read the press.... Nothing other than a few days of paid leave until their own biased department cleared them.

I am 20 years older than him and look nothing like him. The bottom line being that anyone other than employees of an incompetent government agency would face severe civil and possibly criminal penalties for not doing due diligence and finding out the APB was null and void. Nor should the civil penalties be paid by you the tax payer. They should be paid by the officer who committed the offence. In other words these law enforcement people should be broke, out of a job, and homeless on the street. This would not even begin to compensate me for the nightmares and sleepless nights that this incident has caused me.

Last month I caught a person in the act of letting air out of my tires in this same town. The local police refused to press any charges stating that they would not know what to charge them with. This same Cop however informed me that he would arrest me if I let the air out of his cruisers tires. It seems like there is one set of laws for the slaves and another for our masters.

Very recently I was moving out of a place where I rented a room. The room mate became violent and I called 911. I told the officer (and it is in the police report) that I said much of my belongings were still in the house and that I wanted to remove them. The room mate told them that I had removed everything. Is this not the crime of theft that should be investigated?
Hell no according to the people that we pay to protect our rights! All the room mate had to say was that I owed him money and all of a sudden this theft became civil. The police would do nothing and told me that I had to pursue "civil" action, which I could neither afford nor was there any resolution there.

I have 2 very real problems with the above scenario. One is that I could have went right back into that house since it takes 30 days to evict someone for non-payment of rent. Are they telling me then that my room-mate without any due process could have taken my tooth brush, all of my clothes, my food, my bibles, even my bed and let me sleep on the floor al because he alleges that I owe him money? The second huge problem I have is that even if this money were owed, it was not past due. In fact I had always paid rent on the 4th and this was the 3rd. Even on the 4th it would not be past due until the 5th! In effect this criminal cop (And the criminal DA that backed him up.) aided and abetted in the theft of my personal property for an alleged debt BEFORE the debt even became due! This cop and this DA IMHO belong in jail as they are no different than the street thugs that hold you up or break into your home to steal in the middle of the night!

In another incident the same room-mate committed criminal assault on me. He threatened to break my jaw and I got the incident recorded on my cell phone. The police had to be badgered to even take a report and then they would only agree to charge him with disturbing the peace. A far far cry from misdemeanor or felony assault. To add insult to injury it seems that they are not going to serve this person at all. Because I am just your average Joe and not someone politically connected in this town. The cop did talk down to me and asked if I were not the homeless guy that had lived in a storage locker!

*UPDATE on the above assault charges: They finally decided to press some very much less serious charges. The astonishing (well maybe not - this is government after all) thing was the threatening letter from the Marshfield Police department, that if I, the injured party, did not show up for their kangaroo court that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Let that sink in for a moment!

I also spoke with a detective in town about the selling and buying of stolen goods in the home that I had just vacated. What did this protector of my liberties then do? He went right to them exposing that I had talked to him and putting my life and property in danger. Words can not convey my loathing for this so called public servant.

This was not just one isolated incident of law enforcement making an honest mistake. No I have related 5 separate incidences of these so called peace officers spitting on the Constitution and my rights. This is business as usual and the MO for these criminals with badges. How many more hundreds or even thousands of times have they done the same to others?

To wrap it up I feel violated. I feel raped and the rapist was so called law enforcement. I am not sure who to despise more - so called law enforcement or the criminals.

Tired of buying my God given rights!

If you have followed this blog you are aware of my distrust of law enforcement. IMHO it is not hard to determine who to fear the most, the criminals, or the cops. A hint: you can shoot and protect yourself against one class of criminal but not the other.

In the past 18 months I have had people that I have lived with turn out be common criminals and steal from me. You are probably shocked that I am so naive that this would happen. I guess I am. I expect people to do unto others..... and that I guess is naive.

The reason it happens is MUCH more shocking...

We have a government that steals at least 50% of what we all earn -- and it does nothing to earn it's keep. In fact it does the exact opposite. Law enforcement IS part of the criminal element. It does not protect us, instead it is the thing to be feared as it works hand in hand with criminals to ensure that they continue to thrive. The more that crime grows the more tax money the law enforcement thugs steal from us. So what do you think is in their best interest: growing crime or falling crime?

Let me continue my story:

18 months ago in Oklahoma I had an individual steal a large amount of personal property from me. http://jtittiger.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
He was very slick and much more articulate than myself. As a result of his being so convincing, the local OK sheriff outright lied and fabricated a story because he was convinced that I was the criminal. To the cops the end usually justifies the means.

As a result my insurance was canceled and they denied the theft claim. I guess you should expect such behavior from a class of people (cops) that the courts have ruled that it is a crime to lie to -- but conversely it is OK and even encouraged that they lie to you. (Reread this statement and it should shock you.)

More recently in Missouri, I had another room-mate decide that he was going to steal a large part of my belongings again. Books, bibles, food, clothes, cooking utensils, and much more.
The police call this crime a civil matter. I really don't care what they call it. We all know what it is. It is a CRIME! Anyway they refuse to do anything at all. They call this crime civil and wash their hands of the matter. You get no justice. They tell you that you can take it to small claims court but even that information must be pried out of them as they tell you at the court house that they can not practice law and that unless you can afford an attorney you are screwed and will not even help you in this matter at all even though we pay their salaries. In addition you must come up with filing fees to buy your rights from the government that steals 50% of what you make. Then to add insult to injury even if you win they tell you that you are again screwed when you win and want to collect. Only they the criminal government exercise that power when it benefits them in such cases as child support. God forbid they would use that power to a slaves benefit.

This same person that I am speaking of was involved in dealing with stolen goods and drugs. I spoke with a detective about this. The SOB immediately went to the person that I had turned in and put my life in danger. (Is it a wonder no one trusts the cops?)

To add insult to injury the slave (us) has to come up with money to buy their rights .....

I want a PFA (protection from abuse in most states.) against this individual and again I can only get it if I have enough left over after the state steals 50% of what I make and the criminals that they support steal much of the rest. (Reread this one too.)

Also I would like to purchase another right.... and that is the right to defend myself. Here in Missouri they call it a concealed carry permit. It comes at a very high price and they will not SELL that God given right to a homeless person no matter what. You need an address to purchase that God given right. I hope to have and address soon but that will preclude having the money to buy my God given right to self defense.

Think about what I have laid out here... this is the society that that the average American has created and supports and it makes me physically ill.

The need for local online Missouri newspapers could not be greater.

We have come from a point in this country where Americans were getting most of their news from ABC, NBC, and CBS evening news to the point now where these organizations are on the verge of bankrupsy because people are not watching them. We now get our news on the Internet. This scares the daylights out of the powers that be and they are currently in the process of trying to pass laws that will destroy the Internet as we know it.

I find something very obvious missing from the news mix on the Internet. Once your attention is drawn to it, it becomes the elephant in the living room. Why may I ask you does not every small town, hamlet, and burro have a local online paper that is not under the control of large cooperate interest?

Have you observed like me outrage after outrage in your local community and finding that it is never ever reported on by the local paper? I have been living in Marshfield MO for a very short time and I have witnessed the following which have not been reported by the local press and most likely never will be:

The local library here in Marshfield takes public funds yet it discriminates against a large percentage of the patrons by limiting the use of half of its computers to a certain class of people. Would you not be upset if others that use public funds such as say the post office had windows that were limited to a certain class of citizens? Or if the courthouse when you went in to do business rationed services to one class of citizens and not others?

Well if you are below a certain age you have the choice of any computer in the Marshfield Library. If you are above that age you have the choice of only using approximately half of the computers. They even enforce this when the kids are all in school and half of the computers are sitting empty!

If they are allowed to use public funds and discriminate against those that pay the bills then I would guess that they could also have “White Only” computers. Do you see any difference? I don’t.

My second issue with this library is that they are using pre prepared book burning lists. They have software that prevents patrons from going to arbitrarily determined web sites. Again this library uses public funds and does the equivalent of electronic book burning.
In reality this amounts to the library enforcing political correctness on those using the library. There is a process to request that a site be made accessible but this is not good enough. It never should have been blocked in the first place! The two sites that I personally have run into being blocked were plentyoffish.com and fredsm14stocks.com. Go take a look and you tell me whether a library taking my money to run their library should be blocking in effect what books I can read?

There is also another instance where those in Marshfield that think they own us have created 2 classes of citizens that they give different permissions to. And as usual these so called permissions are really rights they are brainwashing the public to accepting as permissions. In Marshfield if you happen to be a recognized organization you can post signs on public property. If you just happen to be a mere citizen though you are expected to begging your owners for permission to post your items on property that they tell you own. i.e. “Public property”

We have a farmers market here in Marshfield on Fridays. I hate to say this but it has to be the poorest market that I have ever attended. There was absolutely nothing there I wanted to purchase and I am a vegetarian! Why is this market so poor? Well I happened to attend the local startup meeting and observed local politics at its worst. A control freak who I will not mention by name wanted to run the market as a personal fiefdom, not an exercise in the free market and IMHO ruined it before it ever got off the ground. A truly independent local paper could report this and look into some solutions to forming a farmers market that actually works.

I was referred to the Jordan dental clinic in Marshfield. I am under the impression that it receives a lot of your tax money on the form of grants. I was told that they had sliding scale treatment for poor soles like myself. I discovered that sure they have a sliding scale, but first they jack their prices through the roof and then they discount them only 25%! After the 25% discount they are still the highest priced place in town to get a crown! Total cost will be over $700! Needless to say something in Denmark stinks to high heaven. If outright illegalities are not occurring the outright immorality of it should get your attention.

There are other local organizations that purport to help the homeless that suck up millions of your tax dollars and are doing next to nothing to help the homeless. Mainly they are helping themselves. I will this story for a series of articles in the first local paper that someone has the gonads to start.

Did you know that every time “Americas Most Wanted” airs that hundreds of innocent Americans have guns pointed at their heads? Not to mention the question why Americas Most Wanted never looks into cops that murder American citizens and they are never even charged with a crime? Do you know what happened to Ron Hortihuchi the FBI murderer that shot Vicky Weaver in the head while holding her baby at Ruby Ridge Idaho? Not only was he never charged with a crime, he went on to kill more Americans at the Waco TX massacre The same with the San Francisco cop that shot the hand cuffed kid in the back of the head on a You Tube video.

Well I was a victim of the Americas Most Wanted show. Even though 20 years older than the suspect, someone in Marshfield fingered me as the wanted man. I called the show and thought I had straightened the matter out. To make a long story short the Webster County Sheriffs did not bother with due diligence and checking their facts like mere mortals, that may be sued and held responsible for their misdeeds, do. On two occasions they went out to hunt me down. The final time I had a shotgun and a 223 rifle leveled at my head. After these thugs had determined that I was not the right person they lied through their teeth to me to get me to use their new toy: A digital finger print reader. (I am convinced of Hyaks thesis that the most evil and heinous people do not gravitate to being criminals, no they gravitate towards government.) These four Webster country public servants were sworn to uphold the law and the constitution but instead choose to lie to me, their boss. They all should be sued out of their undergarments but it seems that it is only us, the slaves are held accountable for anything. I could write a long article on the fact that Missouri is an open carry state yet the aforementioned thugs will break the law themselves and arrest you for one reason or another if you dare exercise your Constitutional or God given rights. Have you read much about this in your local corporate controlled paper?

As a homework assignment I ask you to Google “CAFR” i.e. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, and see if you can learn something that your local governments finances that they do not want you to learn about. You will not hear about CAFR’s from reading your local paper that is for sure.

Did you know that Best Buy in Springfield if you choose not to show your receipt to them at the door will follow you out into the parking lot, take down your license plate number and run a psch-ops on you? OR that the corperate office condones this behavior?
Again you will NEVER read any of these stories in your local paper which is all the more reason to get on the ball and start up a local online paper. You might as well use the current local rags for what the soviets delegated Pravda to, and file them next to the toilet for appropriate disposal.

The Homeless: The solution is the problem.

I have been thinking of writing this piece about the homeless for many years now. On several occasions I have approached newspapers about reporting on the subject. After a while it became apparent, that the corporate owned and controlled media is not interested in anything that conflicts with their skewed and mythical world view. The last thing they want are facts, especially those from the horse’s mouth, as I have spent a good portion of my adult life being homeless. Recently the straw that broke the camels back was the cold shoulder I got from a Springfield MO paper about doing a piece that was factual rather than the usual fantasy, make the readers feel-good, hit piece that they do on the homeless.

It is a myth that homelessness is primarily caused by mental illness, drug abuse, and or laziness. I hope that by the end of this article that you will be more inclined to attribute homelessness in large part due to the actions of “do-gooders” that have run to government to get their world view inflicted upon everyone else. These same do-gooders have also been the cause of government programs that shift the burden of helping people from the family unit, individuals, and the charity of the churches to government and tax payer funded non-profits. Effectively destroying the family and shifting the job to organizations that have no vested interest in actually solving problems but rather to perpetuate the problem by applying band aides rather than solutions. Homelessness is also in large part caused by a particular special interest group that has directly lobbied for laws in it's favor and also manipulated the aforementioned do-gooders to do it's lobbying for them. It may surprise you that this special interest group is the banking industry. Money changers the bible calls them. They are the only class of people that the bible documents as really pissing off our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The assertion that drug abuse is “the” cause of homelessness is easily dismissed by anyone willing to put even a minimal effort into thinking about it. The fact is that most alcoholics and drug abusers are gainfully employed. Employment is how these addicted individuals pay for their habits and the vast majority of these individuals, if you care to look around you, are gainfully employed. I would also like to state that extreme drug abuse, as opposed to mere use, is more often a symptom of being homeless, rather than its root cause. The do gooders by supporting extremely high taxes on, or the outright outlawing of substances that people become addicted to, undermine their financial stability by driving the price through the roof. For example in Yuma AZ a liter of grain alcohol sells for over $20 while 10 miles away in Los Algodones Mexico the same liter sells for $1.50. An ounce of pot in Yuma AZ runs $125 while in nearby Mexico it sells for $25. I am not advocating that society encourage addictive behavior only that the current state of affairs takes unfair economic advantage of those the least able to afford it. If you are truly concerned about the welfare of others the only thing that is both moral and effective is the power of persuasion, not stealing from them or locking them in cages when they disagree. As a first step toward fighting homelessness I suggest that we legalize possession and production of all manner of addictive substances and that they be taxed at the same low rate as other goods in society. The high “pleasure” taxes have a minimal economic effect on the affluent and middle class, but the economic effects are hard felt by the poor.

Having lived as and among the homeless for many years I have observed a small percentage of those with what I would consider serious psychological problems. There is a larger group of less serious ill people whose condition I would attribute mostly to being forced by society to live on the streets for years. They live in constant fear of harassment by the police. They also live in fear of physical assault and robbery due not in small part to laws that in direct contrast to the Constitution and God given rights disarm people especially the homeless. As Isaac Asimov wisely stated: “An armed society is a polite society.” We are supposed to all be equal under the law. There is no reason why a US Senator can have an armed body guard while a homeless person is denied that right through a variety of mechanisms. Every human being on this planet has an inalienable God given right to self defense. That was an idea that this country was founded upon. Have the socialist schools and the lobotomy box so dumbed down the public that they no longer honor and respect what God has given to their fellow man?

The bottom line is that in this country the homeless are treated like animals that are constantly hunted and abused by local police departments and at the same time they are disarmed. To make matters worse the very people that are supposed to investigate crimes against them are their abusers. You can not get the police to investigate a crime if you wear $500 dollar suits, so what are the chances of a homeless person getting the police to investigate a crime against them?
Given these circumstances is it any wonder the homeless abuse drugs, are not emotionally stable, and find it hard to focus on getting off the street?
There are many cities in the United States where it is illegal to sleep within the city limits, unless of course you own or rent a residence. In these cities if I own a lot or a business the law says in effect that I really don’t own it. The state says it owns my property and says that it can prosecute anyone sleeping on my property even with my permission. Likewise in these same towns it is also illegal for anyone to sleep on what the state euphemistically calls “our land” or the public land. All of these laws in effect make every homeless person a criminal. (It also makes the drunk sleeping in his car to avoid driving under the influence a criminal also.) If they are fortunate enough to have a vehicle to sleep in when they are arrested the state usually steals that and any belongings that they may have by charging impound fees on the car while they are in jail. The mandatory auto insurance laws are also another way that the state steals what little many homeless people may have. In the state of California there is no due process at all for some one caught driving without auto insurance. You are automatically assumed guilty and your vehicle is taken on the spot in direct violation of the 5th amendment to the Constitution. I am sure that this is also the case in other states but I am not familiar with the law in every state.

The mandatory auto insurance laws by were written by the auto insurance industry to enrich itself just like the current national health care laws that mandate health insurance were written by the health insurance companies. These laws besides being unconstitutional insure high prices for the consumer by creating a state mandated monopoly. Something that government is supposed to protect us from – not creating and forcing down our throats. Mandatory auto insurance is also something most do-gooders support fully.

Serfs in mid-evil Europe paid taxes that were under 20% and slaves had an effective 50% tax rate. It may surprise you that in the United States the poorest of us pay well hidden socialist tax rates of 50% or more with none of the socialist benefits one would expect from paying this high of a tax rate. The first well hidden tax is inflation which currently is well over the 10% figure that I will use here. If you do no understand that inflation is a hidden tax it is probably because you ended your economic education with what the government high school or university that you attended did not teach you. Another hidden tax is the cost built into the cost of all goods and services that are charged to recover the corporate income tax, state taxes, and a plethora of regulations imposed upon businesses. All business taxes quite obviously must ultimately be paid by the consumer a fact they usually do not address in the Karl Marx version of economics taught in most government schools these days. I conservatively use 10% for this tax that is built into the cost of all goods and services that you purchase.

Think of social security as a tax because the return on investment is only 2% rather than the expected 10% you would expect if you were not forced in to what is a criminal pyramid scheme. I use the figure of 15% for the social security tax.
State sales tax is not hidden and I will use the figure of 8% and have not yet added state or federal income tax or federal unemployment, the workman's comp that your employer is forced to pay, tax on gasoline, property taxes, and literally dozens of other taxes.

We are up to 43% very conservatively at a tax rate that even the most poor must pay in this country. The media outright lies and tells us that many don’t pay taxes because they are not required to pay income tax. Well I have just shone you that nothing could be farther from the truth. The people that “don’t pay taxes” are taxed close to 50% of their meager incomes!

Because of legalities in labor law the very poor are often can only find what is called euphemistically called “day labor” in this scenario day labor companies get a huge portion, often up to 50%, right off the top of what is being paid by businesses for day labor. They do this to avoid our very counter productive labor laws. This should be called “slave labor” rather than “day labor” in my opinion. A system where a middle man gets 50% of your wages just because we have onerous laws that should be not exist and should be repealed.

Then there is what I call the “building code tax”. In the United States, banks, as a special interest have a huge stake at making sure that no one can pay cash for a home and build as they go. Unlike the majority of the planet where the rule is to pay cash as you build and not take out a loan. Various laws instituted and supported by bankers make it almost a certainty that one must borrow money to build housing. At 6% over 30 years that means that 2/3 or 66% of everyone’s rent is unnecessarily going to a bank as interest.
So for this hidden tax I conservatively add 50% of every persons housing cost to the already onerous tax burden of over 43%. Even this is low when you consider other code cost increasing factors such as minimum square footages, and huge environmental impact fees such as those imposed in Lee County FL, fire insurance, and hurricane insurance which the bank forces one to carry since you were forced to finance the property. Also the cost of being forced to connect to water and sewer with the high finance cost that cities charge when the homeowner can not pay these costs in cash.

I won't even delve into child support laws, that institute’s Dark Ages “debtors’ prison” on American citizens with no due process; it can also institute a negative tax rate where you can be taxed in effect at over 100% of what you make. Our “family courts” also negate the right of a man and woman to contract, as the states contract almost always over rides any contract that the two parties enter into concerning separation and their offspring. Homeless people without jobs are still responsible for draconian “support payments” that keep adding up, land them in jail and often reduce them to being homeless again.

Is it any wonder that with tax rates like this that we have far too many homeless in this country?
In most countries of the world people are free to construct and live in homes that they can afford. Not so in the Land of the Free. In most countries of the world if all I could afford was a $50 a month storage locker then that option would be open to me. But no here, the do-gooders in “the Land of the Free” must protect me from slum lords after all.
If I could acquire a piece of property in most parts of the world I could live on it in a manner that I could afford, not so in many areas of rural Missouri where I have found rural land. There are so called building codes and arbitrary sanitary codes which make a mockery of the idea of life, liberty and property. If I were to try to live on one of these properties the police could eventually come to remove me. Killing me in the process, if necessary, to make sure that I did not live on my own land without their permission.

I was made homeless 12 years ago by ridiculous and unfunded mandates by an unconstitutional EPA that made it cost prohibitive to gain access to my land locked property. I personally want to thank all the do-gooders that support this heinous organization. Years later I had to pass up property in Florida that I wanted to live on and market garden but was prevented from doing so again by do-gooders that do not understand the concept of God given property rights. At every turn and corner the do-gooders create homelessness. They support all sorts of business licensing that infringe upon yet another God given right and act as impassible hurtles to the poor wanting to help them selves. They support minimum wage laws that do the same and violate peoples God given right to contract.

We here in Missouri are surrounded literally hundreds of thousands of acres of so called public lands that we refer to as National Forest. The homeless can not camp on these lands both due to imposed fees and length of stay restrictions. This has not happened by accident. I have been told by forest rangers in many National Forests that their greatest fear is that homeless people would come to live in the forest! Imagine that people living on what they have been told their whole lives is “their land.” Like most of the lies emanating from collectivists the Marxist idea of “the commons” is a fantasy made up to placate us about the fact that governments illegally own about 50% of the land mass of the United States and rather than holding it in common as promised have begun to give it to bankers in exchange for the fake debts that we owe them for illegally counterfeiting the money supply of the United States. Very much like the gold that FDR stole from the American people that is supposed to be in Fort Knox but most likely is in the hands of globalist bankers. Again I refer the reader to the movie “The Money Masters” if you are lacking in your understanding of economics.

As you may have well guessed I do not have any nice adjectives to describe do-gooders. In fact I have much to say about them and their brethren collectivists; socialist, liberals, and what not, that I can not say here in mixed company. At the very least I must agree with Dave Champion. I consider liberalism to be a mental disorder. It is in part an inability to reason. To see that 1 + 1 = 2 or to see the logical and apparent consequences of their actions.

Treason is defined as actions that are destructive to ones form of government. If you have forgotten the penalties for treason I point you to the United States Constitution. The conclusion that I have come to is that the actions of these do-gooder collectivists pertaining specifically but not limited to homeless issues is treasonous. What other conclusion can one come to when people with a particular philosophical bent, or as I prefer “mental disorder”, constantly and across the board support laws that violate every manner of God given rights of their fellow man? It is my fondest hope that some day that it would be so socially aberrant to support policies ensuring enslavement of your fellow man, that it would be a very rare occurrence, and if it did occur that it would be swiftly and surely dealt with as the treasonous behavior that it unambiguously is.

Last evening I had a heated discussion with a preacher friend of mine by the name of Martin. He and his wife are both preachers and minister to 3 congregations in South Dakota. He related that the study of the 10 commandments had been a focus in his bible study. I told him that the study of the bible was useless when in a vacuum. That it really only had merit when applied to every day life. I have been trying for months to convince him that he was negligent in educating his flock that many of the policies that they supported were the same as stealing. He countered that I had my ministry from God and that he had his. I was incredulous that a so called Christian and man of God would in effect shirk what I see as his responsibility to morally educate his flock and to fight evil where it occurs. The conversation ended when I asked him if he would get upset if someone raped his wife? Then I asked him why he did not get upset when people in his congregation by their actions or inactions raped me?

You see in my book you either fight evil or you walk with evil, and churches in this country almost universally, walk with evil.

In conclusion I have some up close and personal experience with services for the homeless in Springfield MO. I found the services to be what one could expect from people and organizations that do not have a clue as to what causes homelessness much less to be interested in doing anything about it other than applying band aids. In other words the entire thing reeks of government and its inability to do anything correctly no matter how simple the task. In short society needs to get the hell out of the way and let homeless people help themselves rather than hindering them and then providing useless band aides out of guilt, for the problems that society created in the first place. For those that truly are unable to help them selves let’s get back to real charity by churches and individuals, not the fake government charity stolen from citizens at gun point.

“Everything I want to do is illegal” How government is purposely bankrupting your farm.

Most of you in the local foods movement and in agriculture in general know that something is wrong with the economic model that is being forced upon you. You wonder how you can work all day and produce products that are both necessary and in great demand and not even break even in many cases. The simple answer to that is that you are under the illusion that we live in a free country and that you are operating in a free market. Bear with me and let me regress to a discussion of the proper role of government:

The founders were very influenced by philosophers such as John Locke and Thomas Paine. They believed that the only proper role of government was to protect the God given inalienable rights of man. Rights did not come from government; you do not have to ask government for your rights as government can not give you something that the Creator has already bestowed upon you. Lastly they believed that government has only the powers that are explicitly delegated to them by the people; implied in that, is that government can not have any power that the individual does not have. In summary they believed that government exists only to protect your God given rights. That government has very limited powers limited only to what we explicitly authorize them to do. That they can by definition have no power that we as individuals do not possess.

As farmers it is usually one of the “alphabet soup agencies” that interfere with our ability to conduct business as we wish. Remember that in the Constitution we have only authorized Government to do certain specific things. Go and reread the 10th amendment if you have forgotten this. It is very clear and unambiguous. Getting back to the FDA, USDA, and the EPA… Are you surprised to learn that they are no where authorized in the Constitution? If they are not authorized in the Constitution they are thus by definition illegal and rogue agencies! (Are you surprised that in government schools that you were not taught about the illegal activities of government? Don’t be. Expecting such would be akin to expecting to learning about pedophile Priests in a Catholic catechism class.)

Let us assume for a moment that somehow that these agencies are somehow legitimate and legal. Would you be surprised to learn that they are criminal and rogue on a second level? Well they are…. In the Constitution the founders very clearly delegated certain powers to certain branches of government. The legislature was to make the laws. The executive was to catch those breaking the law. The Judicial was to punish those breaking the law. Furthermore no where in the Constitution do we allow any of these branches to delegate their powers to anyone else. So how you may ask can the EPA write rules that carry the force of law? How can they fine you? How can they find you guilty and punish you without a jury trial? They are illegally acting as judge, jury, and executioner. They are acting as all three branches of government! How may you ask does this happen? Well as Thomas Jefferson once said: “The amount of tyranny that you get is the amount of tyranny that you are willing to tolerate.” Another founder also said that it would take an educated and moral electorate to keep the Republic alive. Well we certainly do not have an electorate educated about the proper role of government as they were educated in government schools. As far as a moral electorate I will leave that judgment to you.

In Jonathan Emord’s book, The Rise of Tyranny – How Federal Agencies Abuse Power and Pose Risks to Your Life and Liberty he talks about how it was during the Great Depression, under President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the “National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933” was passed. This law created federal agencies that would have the power to make laws, execute laws, and to judge law violations. This was unconstitutional as it gets because it transferred the power of Congress and the courts to these agencies.

The Supreme Court ruled this new law unconstitutional, but FDR sent Congress another bill called the “Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937” which was to add one justice to the Supreme Court for each of seven members who were older than age 70. This bills purpose was to intimidate the six judges who ruled against his New Deal programs. It never passed but it did its job. Enough of the justices changed their opinions to reverse their previous decision.

Sometimes Congress actually tries to do what it is supposed to do and legislates rather than illegally delegating that authority to one of the alphabet soup agencies. Often they like the alphabet soup agencies use the false logic that they are “Protecting us” and pass illegal laws. They do not mean legitimately protecting our God given rights from being violated by others, rather what they really mean is that they are going to protect us from ourselves. The dumbed down government school educated population accepts this and doesn’t question this further even though it is a clear contradiction of terms.

If you are going to “protect me from myself” you are going to by definition prevent me from exercising my right to make choices for myself. In a free society you do not have to make what someone else thinks are good choices, or even safe choices. I submit that throughout history that man has always had the right to make choices for himself and also to contract with others in the exercise of those choices regardless what other may think about those choices. How can government be protecting my God given rights when it claims that violating my right to contract with others is protecting them?

If you believe that Government has the right to protect us from ourselves then you will not like the repercussions that decision could eventfully bring about:
Since motorcycles are dangerous they would be outlawed. Horses are demonstrably also very dangerous and the ownership or riding of them would become a crime. It is apparent by observation that most Americans are obese and thus they are a threat to themselves because that are not educated in nutrition or do not have the self control to behave properly. In this scenario government licensed nutritionist would plan the meals you are allowed to eat and give you a “food prescription” much like the prescription your doctor now gives you for pharmaceuticals. To be certain no animal products would be allowed as most studies show that the consumption of a diet without animal products results in superior health. No meat, no milk, no eggs, no cheese allowed by the food police. To eat or obtain food not prescribed would be a serious felony punishable by a long prison sentence. If you doubt that any of these things could come to pass you are nor a very good student of history because things this unimaginable to past generations have already come to pass by the use of incramentalism over many generations. It has worked already on the American people just like the tale of cooking the frog in the pot by slowly bringing the water to a boil.

This fallacy that the government is empowered by the people and the Constitution to protect them from them selves is the third level of illegality. Any law purporting to “protect you from yourself” is illegal for the following reasons:

You as an individual do not have a right to forcibly force your fellow man not to engage in activities that you judge as “dangerous”. Do you have the right to use force, to imprison or even kill your neighbour to keep him from riding a horse? If you do not have that right, I ask you how you can possibly delegate that power to government? Many Americans are also under the mistaken impression that we live in a democracy. After all that is what the politicians have been telling us for at least the past 50 years. A democracy as an old saying goes is: “Two wolves and a sheep voting on what is for dinner.” There is no rule of law in a democracy as the “law” is whatever the majority decides. It was not ingrained in you in government schools but we happen to live in a Constitution Republic where the rights of even the smallest minority are supposed to be protected from the will of even the largest majority.

In real terms those that eschew raw milk, home canned food, or home butchered meats, simply do not have to purchase such products. I unlike those screaming for regulations to protect other from themselves do not want to make it illegal and punishable by jail terms to sell pasteurised, homogenised, bovine growth hormone containing, pesticide concentrating, milk even though I think doing so is ill advised, dangerous, and not in your best interest. In fact personally I think that animal products are inherently dangerous to consume, as documented in “The China Study” but I would not in my wildest dream ever consider making it a crime for you to consume animal products to your hearts delight.

I hope I have opened the reader eyes, even if only a little bit. Now the choice is up to you. You can do nothing and if you take this course you will get the tyranny that you deserve. Self government you see is not a spectator sport. If you decide to do something you will want to become more educated about these issues. As you become more educated you will soon realised that the reason for a vast majority of these laws don’t do anything to protect you (against your will) rather they most often are protecting the pocketbooks of special interest groups. In Jonathan Emord’s Rise of Tyranny he talks about “rent seeking” which is when a corporation stays in business not from competing in the open market but rather by controlling the very agencies meant to regulate them and having them pass onerous regulations that prevent anyone from competing with them. (What do you thing the raw milk regulations are really all about?) In practice industry actually writes the regulation that it then provides to the government agency to implement. The result is the suppression if not the total elimination of the competition. The reward for the government bureaucrat is a million dollar job when they leave government. Protecting and serving the public interest is not even a consideration.

I hope that you decide to work to educate other farmers and especially the public about that is going on. We must take action to take our out of control and illegitimate government back before the point of no return.

To the above 3 party slogans from Orwell's 1984, I would like to add a fourth:

“FREE ENTERPRISE IS MONOPOLY”

and of course the opposite "monopoly is free enterprise."

Like most Americans that have been through the government indoctrination centers that we call public education you probably have some very inaccurate and untrue views as to what constitutes a monopoly. For one thing in a free market there is no such thing as a monopoly. You will always have choices in a free market. The only true monopolies that exist are those that are created by government when it interferes with the free market. Most will agree that the original US postal service, or your local water authority are government created monopolies. The truth of the matter is that we are surrounded by dozens of government created monopolies that Americans almost without exception will inaccurately refer to as "free enterprise." The opposite is also true. There are many examples of free enterprise that most people will identify as monopolies.

I will not go into detail but let me submit for you to ponder that the so called anti-trust laws were originally created as a vehicle to attack political opponents. Also to be able to create real monopolies and to then distract public opinion away from the real monopolies by attacking companies that are not. In other words the anti-trust laws are a protection racket that ensure the continuance of the real monopolies run by the oligarchs that pull most of the strings in our society while acting as a sledge hammer against companies that displease our owners.

As I said earlier there are literally dozens of business's that Americans refer to as free enterprise that are actually monopolies. The reason that they are monopolies is that government has by law outlawed your 700 year old right to contract. That means that you have the right to approach anyone that YOU determine capable of delivering the services that you require and to contract the terms of obtaining those services. The three business's that most egregiously violate this God given inalienable right to contract are what I refer to as the Unholy Trinity. They are in no particular order Medical Doctors, Dentist, and Attorneys.

People are probably not aware that it was the Oligarchical Rockefeller family that is heavily invested in the oil and pharmaceutical industries that almost single handedly narrowed the broad focus of American medical schools to their present focus on being drug and pill pushers almost to the exclusion of everything else. What is called the AMA is the dictatorial organization that now enforces this monopoly on the American people. For over 70 years these AMA monopolists have insisted on using fear tactics and implied color of law to inject our children with vaccines containing Thimiseral (mercury), aluminum, and live cancer viruses. AMA doctors are pitifully educated in the field of nutrition and instead of helping their patients avoid or cure denigrative diseases they sell them expensive drugs that merely mask the symptoms. There is no competing paradigm as anyone competing with the Rockefeller/AMA drug pushers is charged with a crime and locked away in prison. Raping the American public of a most important natural right all in the name of "protecting us."

They are not happy with their current monopoly and seek to expand it with a worlwide UN treaty known as codex alimentarius. When it passes in the US it will be illegal to purchase anything that competes with the medical drug cartel. For example in parts of Europe it is a crime to purchase vitamin C without a doctors prescription and even then a prescription only provides very low potency vitamin C that many claim to be useless therapeutically.

Dentists are no better. These elite monopolist have priced their services out of reach of the vast majority of the working people that I know. Not being able to get any dental care because of it's artificially high price is a funny way of protecting us. Denying you the God given right to contract with others for service in order to protect you from yourself, is insane reasoning. Why doesn't everyone see this? Could it be because of the fluoride in the water or the mercury containing amalgam fillings that these criminals endorse and participate in, have anything to do with the general public being as dumb and unmotivated as rocks?

God has prepared a special place in hell for attorneys is my fondest hope. These cockroaches have infested legislatures at all levels to write laws that are incomprehensible to the common man, make criminal every manner of God given inalienable rights, and are so numerous that a small army of researchers could not hope to keep up with them. They participate in a system where it is not a permitted defense to use the Constitution as a defense in criminal court. Where they call proceedings such as domestic matters civil in order to deny you a trial by jury or even for that matter any proper due process at all. They routinely suborn perjury from women seeking divorces by instructing them to get unwarranted orders of protection from their husbands. And when they can't keep you from having a jury trial they say nothing when judges lie to jurors and tell them that they are to judge the facts but not the law itself. Seven hundred years of case law and several supreme court decisions speak very clearly on this matter to the contrary. i.e That juries are to judge both the facts and the law.

To add insult to injury they like the dentist make it a crime to contract services elsewhere when you can't afford their very inferior services. Also ask yourself how can there be a crime when there is no victim? Is it not a fundamental premise of law that you need a victim for a crime to occur?

If the FTC were in any way legitimate and looking out for the interest of the American people they would immediacy start anti-trust proceedings against the AMA, ADA, and the BAR associations for the real monopolies that they run.

Do not be fooled into thinking that because there is more that one doctor or attorney that there is not a monopoly. What defines a monopoly is government interference in your God given right to freedom of contract and choice.

If you call yourself a Christian, you are familiar with the commandment about stealing. After all God wrote it in stone for Moses so that you would not forget it.
Christians in this country are so dumbed down however, that they don't recognize real world applications of 8th commandment. The problem originates by the fact that most stealing in the United States is legal. (Read on and I will hopefully prove this to you.) People are so dumbed down that if something is legal they also assume that it is moral. Nothing could be further from the truth. Is abortion moral? Was the "legal" act of gassing Jews in ovens moral?
I urge you to stop reading your bible and listening to your clergyman long enough to learn some basic economics and decide for yourself whether or not most stealing is not legal in this country and what you should do about this situational morality. * -foot note

Economics 101: Communism vs Socialism

Most Americans are not comfortable with Communism, but for some reason they embrace and love Socialism. The fact of the matter is that they are identical. They are both collectivism that eschews private ownership for group ownership. The only discernible difference between the two is the means at which you arrive there. The Fabian Socialist arrive at their goal, as they have in the United States, by getting the citizens of a country to agree to it. The Communists on the other hand, implement their version of collectivism with "With the Barrel of a gun" as Chairman Mao observed. I repeat that the end result of both is identical, yet citizens of western countries live under and support socialism but will go to war and kill people that use the "C" word for an identical collectivist system.

Christians need to realize that supporting any political system, whether you call it fascism, socialism or communism, that eliminates private property to give it to others, is in fact supporting theft. It's pretty cut and dry.

Is not theft the antithesis of Christianity? I was always taught that if a Christian wants to help someone that they should dig deep and give to those that they find deserving. We used to call this charity. But when Christians support and enable theft, vicariously through their vote, by electing political thugs that promises to steal, they are in fact breaking one of Gods commandments.

Take a look at the political platform for the Democrat and Republican parties for the past 50 years. Do you see what I see? Both parties platforms openly endorse and actively support all 10 planks of Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto! Communist Manifesto This is seriously at odds with Gods commandment against stealing. Liberalism, fascism,socialism, communism, democrat, and republican, ideologies under the hood are almost indistinguishable collectivist ideologies. Judge them by their actions and not their words. My point to you is that if you have in the past 50 years supported either a democrat or a republican you are going to have a little bit of explaining to your maker on judgment day.

Let's take a look at some of the specific things that Christians often support but should not if they give any credence to what they read about the sin of stealing in their bibles.

This is the grand daddy of them all. Those of you that support the income tax support the enslavement of your neighbors for 3 months a year to pay extortion money to a private group of bankers that we all know as the Federal Reserve. On a scale of one to ten, stealing 3 months of your neighbors life rates pretty high. Ask yourself at what point does this become chattel slavery? If you are undereducated on this topic I suggest you read "Creature from Jekyll Island" or if like many Americans you don't read, at least Google "GCN radio" and start listening to some of the Internet radio shows there.

Plank 10 of the Communist manifesto: Government Schools

Perhaps your neighbor home schools, or perhaps he has no children at all. Yet you support political
parties that demand, upon threat of violence, that he pay a "property tax" to subsidize the education of everyone elses children. Only a delusional Christian could see this as anything other than stealing. Perhaps because this theft is legal and your 501.c3 Church does not speak out about it, you think that this theft is OK with God.

Borrowing money from a fractional reserve bank

Anytime you borrow money under our current and criminal banking system, including the use of credit cards, you are causing the creation of, or more precisely, the counterfeiting of, money. If you know anything about economics this is called inflation. When YOU cause inflation you are stealing from your neighbor. This is not a trivial matter. Think about the retired couple down the street that has a $100,000 nest egg. After 20 years of 6% inflation this nest egg is worth only about $25,000. You have thus stolen $75,000 from this couple. Inflation currently is running well over 12%.

If you want to follow Gods commandment here I suggest that you stop supporting parties that allow lawless banking practices.. Or do you believe that this is moral because it is legal and your Church does not speak out about it?

Supporting building codes and zoning

I have a gut feeling that banks are the special interest that make sure that we have building codes because they are one of the primary beneficiaries of these draconian laws.

A major effect of building codes is to ensure that most all people must borrow money from a bank in order to buy a home. If the average home costs $100,000 then at 6% interest over 30 years, banks make $200,000 on each and every one of these loans. Do you think that forcing your neighbor to pay "the money changers" $200,000 is not stealing? Again, only a delusional Christian would think so.

EPA regulations

The Constitution states that Congress shall make all laws, yet you support and tolerate bureaucratic agencies such as the EPA that make law at whim. I was personally the victim of one such "whim" of the EPA. I lived on a piece of land that needed a bridge over a small creek to be able to drive onto the property. The EPA dictated to me that I come up with over 10 times more money than I paid for this property before even constructing this bridge. Need I add, money that I did not have, in order to meet their arbitrary regulations.? As a result I became homeless and sold what became worthless land.

I ask you does your political party support the Unconstitutional EPA? If your party is not against it then it must be for it. Right? Are you still convinced that because this is legal and your Church says nothing that is must be OK?

If you support either of the 2 major parties I submit to you that you were at least partially responsible for stealing my home, and you certainly don't want to know about all of the resulting costs to society over the next 20 years that this theft has caused.

Other unintended consequences of EPA interference

Arbitrary and unconstitutional fuel mileage requirements have transformed easy to work on vehicles to incomprehensible technological objects. Recently I had to pay a mechanic $800 in labor in order to fix an oil leak that would have been easy for my to fix on my 1972 model vehicle. And you guessed it. I consider that $800 as stolen from me.

Supporting the Dental Monopoly

As Englishmen we have a rich 700 year history of being able to contract with one another in an unencumbered manner. Fairly recently however the our Federal Government has unconstitutionally decided that we no longer have a right to contract with whom we choose for our dental care. It's their designated ADA monopoly or nothing. As a result many of us are paying much more than we are able to comfortably afford for dental care. (i.e. We are robbed.) Or worse yet we must do with no dental care what soever because it is totally priced out of our reach. How Christians can support things like this is beyond my ability to comprehend or reason.

What should a Christian to do?

First of all you should educate yourself about liberty, for an uneducated person can not make the correct choices to maintain a free and moral country. After you educate yourself you will, hopefully, see with 20/20 vision how wrong the above things are.

Unfortunately because the Government steals at the very least 50% of what even the poorest of us makes you may for the time being have to depend upon some immoral socialist program that is funded by stealing from your neighbour. I think this is excusable as long as you realise that you must unceasingly support and work towards the eradication of all of these wrongs. You may rationalise your participation in something like say food stamps because it is not stealing in light of the 50% of your income that government has taken from you beforehand. You are out of necessity just getting back from the thief a small part of what was taken from you.

Admittedly this is a slippery slope that I wish we did not have to journey upon. But one must do what one must do to survive. Like me you should work constantly at trying to educate your fellow man about Libertarianism, the principles of freedom that this country was founded on, and how this relates to Gods word.

*Foot Note: Could the reason be that Churches do not do their job of educating their flocks be that they have a huge conflict of interest by becoming a 501.c3 non-profits? Ask your clergyman about Presidents Johnson's executive order prohibiting non-profits from political speech.

Good Cops and other urban legends.

Several times during rants of mine about law enforcement, I have had friends refer to so called "good cops" in response to what they see as my unfair demonization of cops. Having thought this over for several months I have come to the conclusion that "good cop" is an oxymoron. A form of Orwellian double speak that would make George proud.

First lets look at the laws that these so called "good cops" enforce. You have a God given right of self preservation yet if you carry a concealed firearm without a permission slip from the government the "good cop" will arrest you and charge you with a felony. Most every other law on the books is either the outright criminalisation of God given inalienable rights or the conversion of them to permissions that you must ask your owner, the state, for permission to partake in.

Take the right to travel for instance. Do you think that George Washington had a permission slip, called a driver license, that gave him permission to operate his horse? Do you think that he paid a fee to register his horse with the king or hung a plate on his horses rear? Or was forced to buy an insurance policy, from a state protected monopoly, to cover damages that his horse may cause? Or that he would have submitted to agents of the king stopping him without cause to give him a field sobriety test to test for some arbitrary level of competence?

Would Thomas Jefferson had stood for federal agents raiding his hemp plantation and confiscating Monticello without even charging him with a crime, or a trial using so called "forfeiture laws"?

Would Patrick Henry have paid large fees and submitted plans to get a permission slip from the king in order to build his home? Would he have stood by, when the king destroyed his "un-permitted" home or arrested him for residing in it?

Does "Give me Liberty of Give me Death!" Mean anything any longer? Or is it just a worn out platitude from a bygone era?

The list could go on for days and days. The laws that so called "good cops" enforce go way beyond the tyranny and usurpation's that caused our founding fathers to revolt against the crown.

There are a few such so called "good cops" in the patriot movement. One claims to be a supporter of the Constitution and yet he admits to performing arrests upon citizens for the non-crime of putting substances into their bodies that our owners have not given us permission to partake in. I have NOT heard this persons admit to the error of his ways or apologize in any way for his past behavior, yet he is held in high esteem in the patriot community despite his past tyrannical,unconstitutional behavior. The person that I am referring to is Officer Jack McLamb. While I have a lot of respect for what he has done for the patriot community, that in my mind does not excuse his past behavior and I believe that we should hold our own to a higher standard than we hold the enemy to.

So Jack, if you are reading this, I eagerly wait to hear how you now feel about your violating the inalienable rights of your fellow citizens.

Let me ask you defenders of "good cops", what you would do if it were UN soldiers, or Chinese troops, rather than US Law enforcement violating your God given rights with reckless abandon? I submit to you that you would do your best to ensure that those foreigners infringing upon your rights came to room temperature ASAP. This IMHO is also an appropriate though not politically correct response to "good cops" that are attempting to do the identical thing.

The insanity has gotten to the point that we daily have You Tube videos of cops beating people and then turning around and charging the victims with assaulting the police! Societies answer to this? To make it a felony to video or photograph the police! Please take the red pill folks!

For the life of me I don't get the people that think there is such a thing as a good cop. They just don't exist. Would this mythical good cop not arrest me for having a concealed hand gun without Caesar's permission slip? Or an automatic weapon or explosives without Caesar's permission?
Would he arrest me for a pound of pot or making meth-amphetamine? Would he steal from me because I do not have a permission slip to drive or carry insurance? Would he force me off my land if I did not get the permission slips to build my home?

Can you honestly tell me that there is a single cop in the United States that would not enforce the above and in the process violate the Constitution and my God given inalienable rights? Maybe there are cops better than others but good cops... that is a laughable proposition.

In case you think I am off the wall, delusional, or excessive, consider the fact that my great grandfather lived in a country where he was free to do all of the above and more.

I am Americas most wanted.

It was around Monday December 21st that I listened to a voice mail on my cell phone. I am out in the country and could not make most of it out other than the police were investigating a murder. I have a strict policy of not talking to the police so I deleted the message and forgot about it. Don’t be shocked by my not wanting to talk to the police, even in a murder case. For starters there is no way on the telephone to verify that who you are talking to are really the police. The other concern that I have is that the police could be lying to me when the were actually investigating me. I did not have an attorney representing me so I found it unwise to talk to who ever was trying to get a hold of me. I foolishly assumed that in the United States that I still had a right not to talk to the police. Boy was I wrong.

I started getting calls almost hourly from numbers that I did not recognise so I did not answer them. My mother in Florida however did answer her phone. If the police could not get me to talk to them they would terrorise my mother until I talked to them. (Yes I said “terrorise” as that is the main function of modern law enforcement IMHO) I finally relented and spoke with some female storm trooper, somewhere, telling her that I was not the person that they were looking for and I then foolishly considered the matter closed. That was until the next day when my mother informed me that this female storm trooper was still threatening to put out an APB on me if I did not call her yet again. Considering the warped mentalities that the organised crime family called law enforcement attracts I figured that she was just a control freak that wanted to make absolutely sure that I the slave knew my place. I talked to her again and she assured me that she was satisfied and that there was no need for further contact between us. (Never trust a cop as when their lips start moving they are lying.)

Let me back up a minute and fill you in on what I discovered as things unfolded:
Recently the show “Americas Most Wanted ” featured a show about a Paul Michael Merhige that murdered 4 people on November 26th in Jupiter Fl. (http://usmarshals.gov/investigations/most_wanted/merhige/merhige15.htm)

Sometime around December 21st I went into a post office box type store in Marshfield MO. It seems that the person working in that store was an indoctrinated brown shirt that dutifully called Americas Most wanted hotline with the license plate number of my FL van saying the she had sighted Paul Merhige. It was also during this time that I noticed that the battery life of my cell phone was drastically reduced. I suspected that GPS tracking had been turned on. To verify that this was the case I fully charged it one night and then turned it off. The next morning when I turned it back on the battery was half dead. Doing some research on the Internet I came to the conclusion that for this type of drain that I was being monitored audibly in addition to GPS monitoring. I also learned that police could accomplish this as easily as blowing their nose with absolutely no oversight by anyone. I called my cell phone provider Verizon (another Brown shirt company IMHO) only to be told that they could not divulge whether GPS tracking had been turned on at law enforcements request unless I subpoenaed the information. Basically told to go pound salt because how many people have a few extra thousand dollars laying around to pay someone that belongs to the BAR monopoly to serve a subpoena?

Forward a few days….. I hear a rumor that the Marshfield library that I had just left was invaded by storm
Troopers. They ordered everyone out at gun point and were overheard to say “we know he is in here.”
Well my brain works very slowly sometimes or maybe I just don’t want to admit that I am living in the Matrix and have taken the red pill. A self imposed denial because the world is just too screwed up to contemplate. Now with the gift of hindsight I see that the storm trooper from Americas Most Wanted lied as expected and put an APB out on me. She did it just for spite is my suspicion. Just to teach one of the slaves that this is what happens to you when you dare question your masters. The other lesson learned from this is that your friendly tax supported public libraries are not only in the business of electronic book burning with their Internet filtering they are now in the Brown Shirt business. It seems that the ID I provided to get online was used surreptitiously to run an NCIC warrant and wants check on me. I assure you that the next time I visit a public library it will be a time for me to be surreptitious also and do something perhaps like urinating on one of their books and putting it back on the shelf and seeing how long it takes them to find it.

I also learned that law enforcement has a collective IQ of maybe 50 if they are lucky. If the Marshalls service or whoever put out the APB on me wanted me for some legitimate reason they had my cell phone number and my cell phone was on and contains a GPS chip. Alternately the Marshfield storm troopers could have made a phone call to whoever issued the warrant and gotten my phone number and called me on my cell phone rather than performing an armed assault on the library. This is the law enforcement that we have 10 years after 9/11 with billions of dollars spend on training and tools for them to more effectively fight terrorism. Instead of law enforcement it seems to me that they are in the business of training brown shirts that will someday rat you and I out for either having a bible a gun or some other item the new world order prohibits. Nor are they at war with terrorists they are at war with anyone that dares point it out when they violate the law or believe in the Constitution. As I am sure you already know law enforcement is at war with you and I.

Let’s forward a few days to Sunday December 27th.
I am in my van at the town square in Marshfield using WiFi from the coffee shop to check my email. I hear a voice to my left and glance out and see a storm trooper about 30 feet away, that has a 12 gauge shotgun leveled at my head and another has what looks like a .223 rifle probably an AR15. I get out and lay on my belly on the 20 degree street all the while informing Barney Fife and company that I am not the guy they are looking for and that this really looks like a law suit to me. While I was laying on the ground handcuffed they made another mockery of justice in that they made a quick look around my van with the legal pretense that they were looking for weapons that I could use to harm them with. While doing so this yoyo turned his back on me and if I had, had a pistol down the back of my pants or in an ankle holster I could have shot him as they had not even checked me thoroughly for weapons at all. I informed him of his error but he seemed unconcerned. I hope he has his life insurance paid up with an attitude like that. Perhaps we will be lucky enough to read about him some day on the Darwin Awards site.

Before they took me to the Sherriff’s office just across the street they asked for permission to search the van that they had already looked at. I was at this point thinking clearly enough to deny them permission.
After a short time in the jail I was told by what I thought to be a detective storm trooper that I was free to go after all he had done was to see my drivers license and check it out. They then began their psych-op on me using the good cop bad cop technique. These guys being the beneficiaries of various MK Ultra operations such as the one that tortured children at an orphanage in Canada, were very good at what they are trained to do. They lied me and asked me if I wanted to “get this thing cleared up?” They inferred that giving them my digital fingerprints would do the magical trick. I gave them my finger prints, a mug shot from 3 angles, my local address, and my cell phone number by the time they were through with me.
The bad cop justified everything by the fact that he thought I was homeless and that I looked like the guy they were looking for. Well that explains everything it’s perfectly OK to point a shot gun and an assault rifle at anyone’s head that looks like someone that is wanted. Goes right along with being guilty until proven innocent. Me being 20 years older than the guy they were looking for was just a small detail.

When the information came back from the finger print check they closed the door so that I could no longer hear. I surmise that is the part where they put me on a terrorist watch list because I believe in the Constitution and read the bible. Isn’t this what we pay these guys for?

I was relentless in my questioning and was finally able to put together that once an APB is put out that even though we can send men to the moon the storm troopers do not see it fit to design a mechanism into them to negate or recall them. Therefore it is conceivable that I could go through the same guns being pointed at my head tomorrow in Marshfield. If I were to go to another town say Springfield the likely hood of that happing again goes way up. If I were to go to a library to use the Internet in another town the likely hood of that happening again approaches even odds. What a wonderful free country we live in!

I now live in fear. I am afraid to go to town to get on the Internet. I find myself taking the battery out of my cell phone when I travel. I wonder if now that they know where I live if they will come in the night to take me away? (Like they practiced at the G20 in Pittsburgh.) I keep a weapon by my bed now. I am thinking of moving even though I have nowhere to go. I have business that needs taken care of in Springfield but am afraid to go there.

Do you think I over react? I have spent over half of my adult life homeless and have been raped by law enforcement on a regular basis for as long as I can remember. This is just one of many indignities, the latest being raped by the storm troopers in Marshfield MO that pose as law enforcement. I wonder how many other Americans were raped by the airing of this show?

Why are the Churches silent?

Are you familiar with the biblical story of the money changers in the temple? Like most Christians you probably answered yes.

You like many Christians are intimately familiar with the stories in the bible, but on the other hand are ignorant of how these concepts are relevant and apply to the modern day world.

It is my strong opinion that the clergy has done a pitiful job in educating their congregations on how concepts in the bible apply to the modern world, particularly in the political and economic realms. Perhaps this is because the clergy themselves are woefully uneducated in these disciplines.

Well it is time to educate both the clergy and the congregations...

To understand the bible, one must understand how biblical concepts integrate into the modern day world as these concepts are meaningless in isolation.

Let us start with the money changers. If local business men were to operated like the money changers it would go very much like this:

Larry is in the business of selling hay. When Larry sells hay he always offers to store the hay in his barn until the customer needs the hay. Larry is not dumb there is a method to his madness.

Lets say that Larry bails 200 bails for Gordon. Gordon pays for all 200 bails but only takes delivery of 100. Larry is then left with 100 bails in his barn belonging to Gordon.

Another farmer Jake, needs 900 bales to trade as payment for some land. Jake is in effect going to borrow 900 bales of hay off of Larry in order to buy some land.

Jake trusts Larry so instead of taking delivery of the hay from Larry he takes a paper receipt for 900 bales of hay in Larry's barn, (which by the way we know do not exist). Jake then trades this receipt to the seller in payment for the land. Larry by the way holds the title of the land until over a 20 year period Jake pays Larry back in hard cold cash for the hay (that never existed) before he gets title to his land.

The situation now is that Gordon has receipts for 100 bales of hay. The land seller has receipts for 900 bales of hay. There are receipts for 1,000 bales of hay, yet there are only 100 bales in Larry barn! Larry and his fellow hay sellers have been able to pull this scam off most of the time by the simple fact that everyone does not want their hay at the same time and that if they ever come up short they will loan each other hay from their barns to cover up the shortfall and their fraudulent business practices.

Every couple of decades when their business's fail as they inevitably do, they walk away with the profits. Their customers losing all of their hay that they thought was in the barn. Or baring that, they have the tax payers pay the customers for the hay that Larry and his friends defrauded their customers out of. Larry and his friends are NEVER prosecuted for fraud because they bought off the politicians to pass laws making this type of conduct LEGAL in the hay making business. They also had laws written in their behalf making it so hard to get into the hay making business that only a few of Larry's closest friends are able to get into the hay making business. You or I obviously could never be allowed to profit by this scam, and as moral men and women I would hope that you would not want to do so.

Nineteen years go by and the economy gets bad (which by the way was orchestrated by Larry and will be explained at another time.) and Jake loses his job and is unable to make the repayments to Larry for the hay that never existed. Larry then takes possession of Jakes land, which represents 19 years of Jakes labors.

Would you not think that in light of this that there are dozens of moral and ethical implications that need to be addressed? This my friend is exactly how modern day money-changing/banking works! (It is a fact that is not debatable and can be verified by referring to any text on economics.)

Money changers are the one thing that got the ire of Jesus. Don't you think that modern day money changers deserves your ire also? If you would like to learn more I suggest that you watch the video “The money masters.”

Can Christians really read?

What part of "Thou shalt not steal" do Christians not understand? It seems pretty self evident and yet I have only met a handful that even try to follow it.

Let's say that I told you that I was going over to Johns house because I knew he was out of town and I wanted to steal his brand new PC. The only thing was that my car was not running and that I needed a ride? Would you give me a ride?

OK then why when politicians PROMISE to steal (i.e. that is part of their party platform) do Christians have no problem voting for them and enabling them to steal from their neighbors?

If for some reason you have been living under a rock the party platform and beliefs for both the Republicans and Democrats is a carbon copy of the 10 planks of the communist manifesto. In other words a document espousing socialism and stealing.

Follow this other analogy:
You have a large life savings and will depend upon it to live the rest of your life. Unbeknownst to you I counterfeit the currency and make your saving almost worthless.
Have I stolen from you?

Now let's look at what happens when a Christian borrows money from a so called bank.
The very first thing the banker does is counterfeit money and hand it over to you. In other words your action of borrowing money has caused money to be counterfeited, which is the definition of inflation. You have also caused your neighbors savings to be worth less and you have stolen from them.

This is black and white stuff folks. Give it some thought. That is if you are capable of thought after your government school indoctrination.

Consider the following: In the last few months bricks of 22 ammunition have almost disappeared from the market place. Reasonably priced bulk foods have a 3 month waiting list before they are shipped. The latest important shortage that I have noticed is rock phosphate. Even though the US has huge reserves of this mineral it has mysteriously been disappearing from the market place. Believe me this is not happening by accident. Starving a population into submission is a method of tyrants as old as the hills.

Take your heads out of the sand and do whatever it takes because the end is coming don't let the incrementalism fool you.

Finding land: a must use resource

It's sort of embarrassing, but having used the Internet for almost 15 years and computers for 30 years I did not know about the USDA Web Soil Survey. This is a database of the soils of every county of every state in the United States on a square foot by square foot basis.

The way I found this out was when I moved to Missouri recently. The 160 acres I stay on has rock about 4 inches down on a lot of the property. This makes it somewhat hard to grow root crops in a crop rotation. Just up the road a guy moved in from California and bought 12 acres. The soil on almost the entire farm is a spectacular deep loam. The price he paid for this land was also in line with what people are paying for really lousy soil in the rest of the county.

He tells me that only 4% of the soil in this county is good farm land and that at any one time that only 5% of the land is for sale. I want to share his secret with you and wish I had known about it earlier.

The homeless: thinking outside the box.

I guess with all the fluoride in the water, the biased media, and the indoctrination handed out in government indoctrination centers called schools, that it is understandable that the American public can not add 2+2 even when the answer is directly in front of their faces.

If you have not been living in a cave you will have read about the tent cities in many places around the country most prominently California. The answer to this dilemma is not rocket science folks! One answer is right in front of your face.

The problem is as is the solution to many problems is that the solution has been legislated as illegal by special interest groups.

Give up?

Let me give you a hint: Two days ago I rented a 10'x20' storage locker for a grand total of $50 a month.

Yup like most things in life the solution is very simple. It is your prejudices and brain washing that keeps you from seeing it. My 10'x20' storage locker is not only larger but better constructed than homes that I have seen in third world countries housing whole families. I can also tell you that living in one would be a hell of a step up from the Eureka tent that I have been living in for the past 2 years.

You city folks that don't have a clue may ask about water, heat, bathing, waste disposal, cooking, etc.

Again this is not rocket science and are issues that man has taken care of no matter how poor they are for thousands of years: A bucket with a lid makes a rest room and provides a valuable commodity that in China is often bought and paid for. Water can be hauled or delivered. Heating, bathing, and cooking can be taken care of with a small single burner camp stove or even by the use of local wood.

No you might not want to live like this. But in times of hardship it is called living within ones means, and taking care of oneself. Instead in the modern US the solution is socialism and the stealing of your neighbors resources. The bottom line to me is that this whole system is created to make bankers rich.

Think about it. Why can't you add 2+2? Why do you go along with stealing from your neighbors and enriching bankers as the only viable solution to a simple problem?

Okalahoma warning: wanna' be patriots - John and Carrie Milandred

During my 6 month journey looking for a homestead, I have run across some very questionable Patriots. I guess it is not surprising that we are as much a cross section of society as any other group. There are the criminals, the mentally ill, and the truly evil. Not long ago I ran across a couple that I would put in all three of these categories. They have spread disinformation and lies, and I am posting the following to set the record straight and also to let you decide for yourself if you should shun these characters:

They go by the pseudonym John and Carrie Milandred and run a web site called PioneerLiving.net. They have an 8 year old daughter Alicia. I believe that Carries real last name is Milanoski but am not sure if that is her maiden name or if that is in fact Johns real last name. Anyhow there is a Carrie Milanoski that is the registered owner of a 10 acre parcel, (located 2.9 miles North of Rt. 70 on the East side of the 4420 road) in the Choctaw county court house in Hugo OK.

I had many indications that this couple was not the most savory or stable. One thing that stood out was that not a single day went by when both parents did not make it clear to their daughter that she was “dumb and stupid”. Yes they used those exact words. John also seemed to have a fixation with killing someone. Anyone it seems. He would often cite a new OK law that according to him would allow him kill anyone on “his” land and seemed to take delight in repeating this to me on many occasions.

Things came to a head one day when John said he needed a word with me. It turns out that he had a problem with a post that I had made on the Oklahoma Preppers network the day beforehand. In this article I had articulated the benefits of voluntarily working together on a communal homestead. John M., the patriot, and defender of the Constitution, had a real problem with my free speech. He told me that his friends from the preppers network had deleted my article and that if I posted anything like it again, that my account would be deleted also. He continued to work his way into a frenzy, balling his fists, spittle escaping from his lips. Screaming the phrase “Don’t Tread on Me” a few times. The complete and utter picture of a mad man. He continued yelling and screaming at me calling me a socialist (Coming from a man that sends his daughter to government socialist schools.) and a communist. (I was tempted to ask him to differentiate between socialism and communism but because I knew he did not have a clue as to the difference, I bit my lip and said nothing.)

He suggested that I no longer belonged there. Which I took to mean that he was going to renege on the deal to sell me part of his acreage. I was leery from the beginning of his solemn pledge that they would never ever kick anyone onto the street and off his land and that we were all in this struggle together. Yea right….

The next day John acted as if nothing had happened. Toward the end of the day he apologised in a round about way and invited me to dinner. Later in the evening before we ate, I had to go back to my camp which was near the neighbours Paul and Annette’s camp. Paul had mentioned that he could not get Annette up to come to dinner so I ventured yelling a “Are you up?” to Annette. She responded and I informed her that we were about to eat and that she should come and eat. I left to walk back when I passed Paul who very angrily told me that it was not my place to wake his wife. (I kept my mouth shut reminding my self just how dysfunctional this band of people had turned out to be, that this was some sort of Neanderthal tribe and that talking to another mans wife was a dangerous action.)

Back at John and Carries I was verbally accosted by Carrie who informed me that “she had told me not to wake Annette” apparently she thought that she was talking to her 8 year old daughter who must take her every utterance as a royal command. The next thing she did was just completely off the wall to say the least: She formulated what to me at the time was an ambiguous question about women’s rights. I answered yes. She then repeated herself asking again. To which I answered yes. I guess it was the wrong answer as she was immediately in my face, instantly turned into a mad demon possessed as I had seen her husband John do the day before. Here was a Patriot wanna’ be ( a defender of the Constitution) in my face yelling and screaming and telling me that she was going to kick my ass all because I had answered a question in a manner not to her liking. (So much for the first Amendment.) I responded by asking her to calm down and that she must have misunderstood me. She was not even remotely rational and just got more upset at that.

Carrie went inside and was calming down her daughter that she had understandably upset. John and Paul both then started badgering me, telling me (as he often does his daughter) how stupid I was, for answering the question the wrong way. He kept getting more and more worked up and yelled to his daughter to go get “mommy’s gun.” I am not sure how he got the 40 cal Glock in his hands but he was waving it in my face telling me to get off his property. I told him that I need a few hours at least to load all my stuff up.

I guess he expected me to soil myself but instead I reached for the gun telling him to get it the hell out of my face. That really angered him and he pushed me down screaming that if I was not off of his property in an hour that he or his wife would “shoot me”.

I was out of there in a matter of minutes. I called 911 and headed to the closest place of safety that I knew. The Alibi just a bit east on Rt. 70. Well it turns out that the Choctaw Country Sheriffs would not come to the Alibi as it was in the neighboring county. I had to wait to the next day to file a criminal report and another day to be escorted back to get my belongings.

I have 2 observations to make: One is that some of the so called Patriots within our midst are at least as much a threat to us and our liberties as our enemies and we need to learn to identify and avoid them. There is still good and evil in this world and just because someone calls themselves a patriot does not mean that they are not on the side of evil.

The second is that there are 2 levels of justice in this country:

If some one had threatened to harm the president, by launching marshmallows at Washington from 2,000 miles away, the threat would have been deemed credible and it would have been checked out.

Yet the Choctaw County Sheriff does not consider the unprovoked waiving a gun in a mans face and threatening to murder him, as something that is worthy of serious investigation. In fact I am told that the clowns at the sheriff’s office lost the criminal complaint that I made.

Take this for what it is worth. I will not publicly dignify any of John or Carries rantings with a rebuttal or answer. They are masters of deception which is one reason that I published this account. I WOOF for a living I want to warn other WWOOFers about someone to avoid. This information is about a Carolyn Skaggs of 407 Rocky Hill Lane Niangua MO 65713 417-859-4644

It was last Monday, July 5th I believe, that Carolyn came home. Let me regress and tell you that Carolyn has some sort of psychiatric problem and is seeing a psychiatrist and last year was charged with pulling a knife on a neighbour.

To get back to the story I must have said something that she disliked because she got within a few inches of my face and started yelling and screaming that she was going to kick my ass and that she was also going to have her brother kick my ass. I responded that she was not acting in a very Christian manner. She went totally nuts over this and I will not repeat everything that she said but the bottom line for this was that I could no longer live there, because I said that she was not acting in a Christian manner.

The next day Ray, her husband told me that I could have 30 days to find another place and get out. (I had been there for 7 months and had lots of belongings there.) She also went ballistic over this. I found the beet and turnip soups that I have made dumped in the yard that day. That night I discovered that she had been in my room, had unplugged all of my devices, cut the phone line that belonged to me, and had taken back my pillow and covers.

The next morning I decided that she was beyond nuts and removed most of my belongings from the room. It was then that I noticed that an expensive digital PH meter was missing and she was the only person that had been in my room. In fact I caught her in there on a regular basis.

I was not a happy camper but I had been biting my tongue and turning the other cheek until the next incident when she called me and told me that she had removed the rest of my belongings and that a new guy was living in my room. (Really the 2nd new guy, there was one after me that inconvenienced her and only lasted 24 hours.) (I thought Ray’s word was his bond but I was wrong, so much for the promise of a Christian these days. In most states it is also a binding contract.)

That was when I decided I would let the public know what kind of person Carolyn is:

Her kitchen is filled with roaches large and small. Every morning there are a few drowned in the sink and in glasses. She does not know what a screen door is and the kitchen is full of flies and there are usually many dead ones in the sink water. The worse things however are the 2 cat liter boxes near the kitchen that are rarely cleaned. A few times when I forgot to breath out of my mouth I began to regurgitate from the smell. The kitchen is also full of cigarette smoke and smell because she smokes. This is not a kitchen you want to cook in.

She frequents the Chinese’s restaurant on the Square in Marshfield and there she always steals egg rolls for herself and some chicken for her cats. She must think everyone is stupid and blind because I am sure the owners see her do it every time. I mention this because she will claim she did not steal from me but by my own eyes I see her steal every time she went to the Chinese restaurant. Does this not speak of her credibility?

In closing I hated to write this but I did so because I wish some one had warned me about her. She has cost me hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses (Not including what was stolen.) and made me homeless by doing so. I hope that in writing this that her behaviour is curtailed and that there is less likelihood of her treating someone else in this manner. She did not expect sometimes there are consequences for your actions if she had perhaps she would have not acted in such a hateful, childish, and criminal manner.
